Zachary was the most helpful person a man could ask for when pursuing new providers of internet, cable, and cellular service. He didn't tire of my father and my countless questions, and literally spent two hours making sure we were accommodated and satisfied with our decision. If you are interested in saving money and going through a provider that will take care of you in store rather than referring you to a call center in a different country, I suggest visiting and considering cox and if you get the opportunity to be helped by Zach you will be more than glad you did. Excellent store and wonderful experience

My God how many lies can the sales people feed you. First they quote me a price for what I want. Great, let's do it. Ooops, we actually gave you a bad quote, service will be $25 more a month. Too much for me. Oh don't worry, we will work this out. They came back with a quote that was higher than the first, but not as high as the actual cost. They told me that they just changed the internet speed to a lower one. Okay, let's go with that. I get it all hooked up, working fine. Oh wait, there was no DVR recording and no Spanish package like I requested. Oh, that will be extra. So fed up with the lies and deception.

Cox has been the most frustrating experience for me to sign up for service. There have been mistakes, misinformation or conflicting information all depending on who I talked to, a lack of response to phone messages, and a lack of follow-through by more than one person when they say they are going to do something or get back with you. It has been about three weeks since I started this process, several wasted trips to stores, and I am no further along than when I started. This is the worst review I have ever had to give. It's unfortunate.

Service is mid at best. I moved into my new apartment last week and cox is who provides their internet service. The person who lives in the apartment before me was supposed to leave the equipment, but instead stole it. Cox’s solution was to charge me $50 for a month of service and then have me wait an entire week to have them “install” (plug in) a piece into the wall that should have been there when I moved in. I have run out of my monthly data for the month because of their inability to give me a service I paid for and now am unable to use my phone outside of work because fox refuses to give me the service in paying for

this is the worst company! we called on the 4th of the month to establish service and we have not had working internet for more than 4 days. I have actually had cutomer service tell me they can't help me and hang up on me. i can't even stress how terrible a company this is! avoid at all costs!!!!

AwfulDon’t get cox cable or internet! It’s a scam and they are rude and only care about getting money from you! I would pick another company cause I have called them over 40 times and each time they were gross, and dishonest with their customers.

Worst service in town. No internet service since Friday morning. It's been 4 days still no service. I had a technician scheduled for today. He never showed up and lied he came to my place and no one was here. Now I have to wait another day.
