Blanca was very nice today very helpful not only has she set me up with the phone, she helped me put with putting my screen protector on and put on my case for me.

I've been with Cricket for a while now. I can't complain about service. Just the fact the in store service fee keeps increasing. I don't like doing a lot of online shopping, including bills. I prefer in person, but I'd rather not have the extra $5 fee when I'm already paying $80.
