I get my Rx here only because I have no choice due to my insurance

I like them because they give me my drugs. I don't like them because they won't let one get syringes without an on file prescription. Or a prescription on you. Who has that unless they use CVS for their insulin? Scenario #1: family member is sick and bound to the house from covid and happens at the time of them needing their syringes . So I drive to CVS to pick up his life savings insulin syringes just to be told that they will not do it. He personally has to come and get them. Bye bye brother. Good to know you (Walgreens will give to you with no questions asked and no assumptions or judgements.) Scenario #2: a beloved family member is stuck in an addiction. They use clean sharp needles to inject drugs. Let me add that life is grey and not black and white and then say what the polaristic black and white paternal societal view is. "Well good. They can't get new syringes then they can't keep injecting drugs! Why help them get high?" Now for the grey area Truth. If addicts can't get clean fresh needles to use, they will not stop using. They won't stop shooting up either. They will reuse needles and expose themselves to pathogens galore and mess up their precious bodies (temples) even more because of bacteria, viruses, and rip veins and lose blood flow due to dull syringes. Or they share old needles with others and contract AIDS, hepatitis C, etc. They deteriorate faster and if they decide to stop??? and try to get active and help others to beat their addictions (these people are needed or users have almost no hope or mentors to help them achieve sobriety) cannot fulfill a role sorely needed in society because they are too sick or pass away. Why add harm to these potential assets to the community by creating conditions in which they are exposed to deadly diseases and infections (which usually falls onto tax payers or hospitals in one way or another. Taking away precious time treating injection abscesses and viruses etc. Time that could have been spent on helping your loved ones in critical care get more testing done and more attention to saving lives. 'if that junky didn't come here with a life threatening abscess we could have had time to do the test that would've saved him/her.'
I hope this makes sense and resonates with some of you. RIP to all the victims of diseases that could have been prevented.
God please open our hearts and minds and realize that it's not our job to judge people and try to control them. Please help us understand that our job is to be compassionate and realize what we can and can't control. Help us understand nuance and open us to see all angles and perspectives. Let us live and let live. Help us remember that salvation cannot be forced on anyone. Sobriety neither. Let us be more like you and let people make their own choices as this is the only way to show love. If you made us love you then it would be meaningless and so therefore you gave us free will. Free will makes love and growth possible. Choice. Please help the addicts in our families to stay well long enough to say "I'VE HAD ENOUGH!" and come back to us unscathed by our own ignorance. Guide us. Thank you for life, Amen
Thank you for reading my thoughts and insights. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm human after all. But I feel that God was nudging me to express these ideas. ❤️???

Greedy pharma. They will overfill your prescription so that you pay more than you have to, wont take it back if you ask to be corrected. Never using them again.

Not good. They are terrible about answering the phone.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And they make-up their own hours. Closed at 5:45pm while I was standing there waiting on a 3rd prescription. I was told they were understaffed and the pharmacist said she had to leave to pick a child up from day care and I could come back tomorrow. The pharmacy clearly displays that their hours are open until 7pm. Very disappointing. Plan to move my prescription somewhere else.

Will need to move my prescriptions. Location is closed without warning on a consistent basis. Super frustrating to drive over to the location then have it be closed during normal business hours. They can't even bother with a sign to let customers know when they will return. Forcing me to pay delivery fee. Maybe thats what they want?

Does anyone answer the phone here? I need to transfer a prescription and I'm going on 48 minutes of hold time. It won't allow me to do this online.

I have been using this pharmacy for the past 6 months , and I can never just go pick up my prescription and leave. They lose bottles, only give you part of your order , etc. I’ve worked at a pharmacy, so I cannot figure out how a place can be so disheveled every single time. Also, the delivery service is unreliable.

I was told to return (walk in) in two months for second dose of vaccine. When I returned I was told I needed an appointment. No thanks! I'll shop elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and professionalism of the Pharmacist Tanner at this store. I have felt we were treated as an inconvenience with lack of compassion. I wish this was the first time with this pharmacist however it is not. Unfortunately we will not be going back, or recommending this location due to tanner for future patients.

Like this pharmacy as it is convenient with very helpful and dedicated employees and pharmacist. Like the drive-through convenience.

The pharmacy in Target in Rogers has been short staffed for several weeks. 1 Full time Pharmacist and no technician currently employed. I went into the store 3x during the past two weeks attempting to get a script transferred from their mail in center to the local store. The floating pharmacist told me it would be quicker to have my physician call in a new script to Walmart, Sam's Club or Walgreens because they are so short staffed. I have never had a pharmacy recommend that I go to their competitor to get a script filled. If staffing is that much of an issue, I'm sure the district pharmacy manager is licensed in the state and should have been in the store to help take care of patients.

Scheduled an appointment for a booster vaccine online and arrived for my appointment only to discover they don't have any available. Not doing business at CVS any more.

I usually try to only leave good reviews and not be a total Karen. My patience has been tested and I'm finally at Karen Level 20.Since the reno began at the Target store, I've had root canals that were more fun than dealing with this pharmacy. Heres my most recent experience:My script took over two weeks to fill. By the time it was ready, I was feeling really sick. I'm supposed to take this medication daily and not skip a dose.... when it was finally ready,, I chose the $7 same day delivery option on the CVS app so I wouldn't have to go up there and stand in line for 30 minutes (another story, also I'm feeling really awful). MY MEDICATION DID NOT DELIVER. I got a delivery notification via emai the next day (yesterday) but it was nowhere to be found. CVS literally STOLE my money and didn't deliver my medication. They don't answer the phone. Like ever. I'm currently on hold right now and have been for 15 minutes. I'm gonna have to go up there (which I should have already done.)I will never ever ever use this garbage pharmacy ever again.
