Most frustrating pharmacy that I’ve ever gone to. CVS does not put the patient first in my opinion.

Enough is enough! Calling corporate in the morning to explain in detail just how poor the customer service is at this location! Have used this pharmacy since 2020 and until Jackson left, the place was amazing! Prompt, smooth, excellent customer service and a pharmacist that really knew what was going on. Not anymore! Virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. Then you get a little girl with attitude that thinks she’s next in line to be CEO or something. It’s such a struggle to actually be a customer anymore….. I’m done!!!!! Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Pitiful customer service from the pharmacy tech!!!!!!!!!

Can I give less than one star? My rule of thumb, do not give a poor review, I believe everyone has bad days, me included, and we all deserve grace…but I just could not let this slide. I came in to this store to get my Mom some Allegra D. I get it, we have laws regarding distribution! I have an out of state license so they could not sell it to me. My mom is going through chemo and is on oxygen and can barely walk without stressing her lungs. She just got out of the hospital for impacted mucus, this is why she needs Allegra D twice a day to prevent that from happening again. I asked to go thru the drive thru (my mom is in the car, I am driving) and have them see her, see her AR drivers license, and see me and then I walk in to get the Allegra D. They refused. I understand why we have these laws and appreciate them, but let’s not be idiots about it! I asked several times, explaining the situation, I asked the assistant and also asked the pharmacist…..I will do whatever they need me to do to get my mom’s meds… I just could not believe they refused to help at all. They could not care less, and showed that. No wonder they are going bankrupt! I went across the street to Walgreens and yes, they explained they could only do it in this extreme situation, but they did it! He looked at both of our licenses in the drive thru, talked with my mom, and then I went inside and he I.D.’d me again inside…I’m fine with that! He used the good old fashion common sense and took care of a valued customer! We will NOT be back to CVS, this store needs to close too!

A pharmacy that lacks initiative, lacks in ability to care for or aid patients.
I had 6 prescriptions called over. What did the tech tell me? That my insurance doesn't cover. That's a bold face lie. I called. They only needed to call and they would've over rode. CVS chose not to. They chose not to read notes.
What got my prescriptions filled was ME. I CALLED. I CONFIRMED. I CALLED PHARMACY. NOT ONE CALL DID CVS MAKE. NOT ONE BIT OF INITIATIVE.
ABSOLUTELY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAYBE THATS JUST NWA. IGNORANT, ILLITERATE AND INEPT
THANKS FOR NOTHING

Absolutely the worst CVS and CVS employees I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had my prescriptions delivered from another CVS until I moved here to Arkansas. I had my scripts moved here and I have to call every single month because they do not know how to send out a prescription by mail. I pay for CVS delivery, but they never do it until I call. They have been so rude as to tell me to change pharmacies because I am having problems with them and they don't care about me as a customer. Then they charged me $5.49 for delivery when I already pay monthly for delivery. They told me they forgot to enter my number, so they charged me, but they still wouldn't refund the charge. I am having my prescriptions moved to another CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy I have encountered. It’s unacceptable for no one to show up and the pharmacy be closed. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
