D1 Rogers has been a genuinely phenomenal experience for me. From the moment I signed up for a tryout class with Spencer over the phone to signing up for the membership with Bri after just my second tryout class. Spencer was welcoming over the phone and in person. Bri was kind and helpful and played a role in me signing up for membership. Jim is awesome and has done great in managing a truly thriving environment. Everyone one staff is friendly. The adult classes were very challenging for me in the beginning and honestly still are, but I have made improvements I don’t think I could’ve with out the encouragement from the trainers. Nate and Jackson are the trainers I have done the majority of the classes with and they do a terrific job. They have helped me correct form and challenge me and they do both in a kind and encouraging manner. If you’re looking for a place to grow in energy, endurance, strength, and even more than that in a thriving community you should try out D1.

D1 training is the real deal. The workout programming is world class. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at their job. This is not the most cost effective establishment, but you get out of it what you put in. Take them up on a one time free workout, and see for yourself.

Love being part of this gym! I always get a killer workout in. I really like that I don't have to create my own workouts, everything is posted on a board.

I LOVE D1!!!! I was super skeptical about joining I thought it would be like every other gym I have ever been in and I wasn’t interested in the traditional gym. It’s been 20 plus years since I have worked out other than walking outside. I have never felt so accepted and not judged, I really appreciate the trainers enthusiasm and willingness to help you learn and make sure you are not hurting yourself by providing one on one instruction And keep you safe but motivated I just can’t believe I waited this long to join You won’t be disappointed and they have a free trial week!!

If you are looking for a phenomenal workout option for all ages- this IS your place. Coach Brandon, Jackson, Nate.. have helped me and my wife get in good shape. We used to do CrossFit but wanted a place where we would focus on building a sustainable workout routine that would help us lift but do more cardio. Coach Early works 1:1 with my kid and she loves going to build on her performance. You also find speed and agility coaches for high school and college athletes. As a former swimmer I have found this to be the place to give me the best workouts since college.

The staff is so helpful and patient to explain all the workouts. The workouts are intense and done with a purpose. Depending on your skill and strength level, you adapt the moves to what fits you.

Friendly Staff and easy to talk to trainers. Intense workouts. Everyones down to earth and cool. Alot of different hours to choose from so it’s convenient. Clean and professional. Glad I found this place

After my former gym closed, I was so worried about finding another place to love. I had friends encourage me to try D1. After one workout, I was sold!!! The boot camp pushes me when I need it, or I can modify when I don’t :) Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Good workout, good trainers, friendly staff. I don't like the rigid hours for workouts since I am used to drop at any time (9 round) but other than that it is pretty good.

I had never lifted weights before I found D1, so I was intimidated to start. I’ve been going to the 7am bootcamp w/ Jay for the past few months and I feel confident and strong. Can’t recommend enough!

I absolutely LOVE D1. I initially was looking for a place my son can get great training and I also ended up becoming a member! This place has changed my son's attitude and character for the better. His confidence has gone up and loves going everyday if we can. D1 has also made a huge positive impact in my life and I love being able to work out and watch my son work out as well!!! I love D1 AND would leave 10 stars if I could!

I have worked out and played sports all my life. I came to a place where I needed motivation , accountability and support. D1 and my personal trainer ( Brandon) have these to me. Also working in some new exercises made a huge difference. I would recommend anyone to D1 especially the ex-athlete that has gotten out of the routine. D1 is the cleanest gym I have ever been associated with and the entire staff is amazing. I plan on continuing my PT with D1 for a long time.

Best decision I ever made. D1 is like no other gym you’ve been to and the trainers are top notch! Don’t let the name scare you, they work with anyone and everyone, no matter your age, ability or situation, they can help. I started working with a trainer right out of physical therapy after losing they use my f my legs for a while and they have been so key to my recovery process. They are like family! Thanks D1!! I’m a fan for life!!

My kids (12, 10, 7) love working out at this awesome facility! Give it a try if you are in NWA, it’s exciting enough that my kids aren’t asking for screen time right now, they just want to show us what they are learning. Movement, fitness, strength- good stuff.
