The new owners said that I was arguing with them and corporate when I was just saying how I did it before we got the proper training and now I haven’t seen my checks from both new and old owners of this establishment the new owner won’t take any of my calls I would like everyone to know that the new owner doesn’t care about his employees that quit because quote I didn’t have enough training to be on schedule so they didn’t schedule me to for a week

I placed an online order here over a month ago and when we arrived for pick up were informed they did not have any of the items we ordered available. No refund offered, no compensation. I have sent an email to the customer feedback email with no response and have been in store multiple times asking how I can get my money back, I have been told 4 times an owner or manager would get in contact with me.. that has not happened. I am still waiting for my refund of $50 from February 2nd. What horrendous customer service!

This place is a joke! There's absolutely nothing good to say. It's like there's no management & the owners never stop by to check on things. I feel bad for the employees because I'm sure they constantly have to apologize to customers. This used to be a good place to have some BBQ, those days are long gone!

March 20th 12pm went Dickeys in Rogers arkansas, several people including ourselves wanting to dine there, it was closed.. several months ago we had the same problem.. we won’t try again!!!

Went there for first time, was craving a good hot BBQ sandwich. My meat was cold,BBQ was straight out of fridge which made my meal even colder. Asked staff if my meal was supposed to be cold and they said it was hot. 120 degrees,but cold to touch. Instead of trying to help me they told me to get the f___ out of there store. Would not recommend to anyone. Good thing Subway was next door, good hot food!!!

Ordered for a staff lunch for delivery and it never showed up. They never called but they charged my credit card over $180. They won’t even take calls to remedy a concern or situation.

The employees were definitely not in a hurry nor did they care that ppl were waiting to order. They kept going into the back for unknown reasons for odd amounts of time. They kept acting strange as well. Took us over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and fries. I've been to Dickey's BBQ before in other towns and never had issues. I felt like I was dealing with the bench warmers from the 2nd string's 3rd string players.

I usually do not hand a one star out so lightly, but Dickey’s …. Come on! I visited this location two years ago and it has gone down hill since. I placed an order for pick up for late after noon. I placed this order via online in the morning 3/3/24 to give the team plenty of time to prep.When I arrived , it was barren and I waited for approximately 5-10 min for someone to show up. The order was not ready, they could not even find the order in their tickets. During this time, I witnessed a few potentialCustomers walk in wait and walk out.After showing them my information on my email receipt, they made my order. The food was pretty bad. Brisket was tough and cold. Pulled pork was very dry. I was highly disappointed because this bulk order for my father’s birthday that we were celebrating.We all agreed that we don’t think we would eat at dickeys again. Luckily the sides we made at home saved the dinner.I’m willing to give y’all another chance but please do better and get your processes in line.

Worst BBQ i have ever had the chicken was cold and gray. The pop machine was out of everything we couldn’t even get water. The guy who helped us could only talk about leaving at 4. I was actively telling people coming in not to waste their money. Shut this place down and give me a refund.

I should've read the reviews before eating here. Came to Dickey's because I know of Dickey the chain to be a good BBQ joint. This place though is HORRIBLE! As others have said, they consistently have no food, the soda machine didn't work, the ribs and brisket tasted OLD with no seasoning. Fries were horrible....I mean the food was just not edible. The health department should really come in and inspect some of the dates on the food because i definitely think they are serving old/expired food. Please believe the 1 star ratings. They aren't lying.

Well it seems like I am not the only one with this complaint! It looks like pretty much all of their recent reviews are saying the same thing. I received a coupon for a BOGO loaded Spud, so I placed my order online and drove all the way back across town instead of cooking dinner. Worst mistake! Thankfully I have the coupon and it wasn't full price, but upon arrival we were told that the only thing they had in stock was chicken even though we had placed it online order and everything was showing that it was available. We were happy to make it work, because I've worked in service and I totally get it, but after looking at our order Jeanie the "manager" that was on duty scoffs at us and tells us that she can only offer us 1 one meat plate vs the two entrees we had ordered. I told her that that really wasn't going to work and we wouldn't have drove out here if it hadn't been for the coupon deal, so I just asked to get a refund. She got extra rude and extra annoyed made a big stink about having to go get her phone because she had to call her boss (Shawn) to approve the refund. After her and the other guy working stood there for about 5 to 10 minutes just chit-chatting with another lady that was getting her order, she finally goes into the back. The other guy working could have handled it the entire time but she decided to take her sweet time and waste even more of ours. I absolutely regret apologizing to her for the stress when it first started. She finally comes back out and tells us that our refund will be approved in 7 to 10 business days. When we went back to double-check the name of the manager that confirmed it since we got no receipt no proof or anything showing that we would get a refund, her and the other guy working got incredibly rude with us and started making snide comments and just listing names of every manager that worked there. It was at this point that we both had enough and got very firm and explain to them that this was not okay and that we just needed the name of the general manager at this point. It has now been 12 business days and I have yet to see my refund! We have called multiple times to ask if Sean the manager we were told was producing the refund, was working and shocker he's never there! At this point I have just created a fraud inquiry with my bank. I'm really glad I didn't tip online and had planned on tipping in cash otherwise I would be out that extra money as well right now. It also really doesn't help that when we walked in the store was kind of dirty. There was nobody but us there and two employees working and nobody was cleaning anything. Neither of them were wearing gloves as they were handling everyone's food, and both of them had food and dirt caked all over their clothes which were already torn and dirty. I had submitted a comment online through the online ordering form and basically got an email back saying that they would talk to the store but it looks like absolutely nothing has been remedied. Hopefully the fraud inquiry will be a wake up call that you can't just take people's money and not provide the service. I honestly would have been fine just letting it go thankfully because of the coupon it wasn't that much money, but with the way that we have been treated and ignored I'm very over it. Do not ever eat here! It's also really sad because this used to be a great location. So sad to see it has gone this downhill I really do think Sean and Jeannie need to get it together and understand what managing a place really takes.

When I arrived to pick up my online order, the staff said that Door Dash had already picked up my order. I didn't order through Door Dash.There was only one person working & when he completed the orders he was working on, and pulled the ticket for my order. He agreed that it was his error & filled my order again.I really appreciate his willingness to accept that I didn't use a service. I felt bad that he "lost" the original order & assumed that he would pursue Door Dash for the issue.When I got home to serve a late dinner to my guests, I realized that I did not get the 3 pieces of Pecan Pie I had ordered.Hoping our next order will be ready for me to pick up. Dickey's made good on my order. Thank you.Parking: The drive through for Swig made parking lot access very difficult. Plenty of parking places, I just had to wait to get into the lot until Swig drive through moved ahead enough that I could enter the lot.

Ordered jalapeno cheddar sausage and original sauce to go. They gave me regular sausage and sweet sauce. We drove back and they said the supplier gave them the wrong sausage and to come back the next day for a refund because the manager was off. Drove back the next day and they said that the manager was off again, so they couldn't give a refund. I was only in the area for the weekend, so now I'm out the money. The staff was nice but it was pitiful service to not have a supervisor available.

I would not recommend ordering delivery from here if you enjoy eating food. The food is not bad, IF they have what you order. Even if you call ahead, something will likely go wrong and your order will not be able to be completed. Roughly 80% of my 10+ Dickey's orders have had some sort of issue, and 25% of those have been complete cancellations BECAUSE THE RESTAURANT DOESN'T HAVE ANY FOOD... and I don't mean they don't have exactly what I ordered... I mean they have nothing left to sell other than bread. They also run out of food containers '10 minutes ago' when you put your order in 30 minutes prior to them running out of containers.I've given them second chance after third chance, but I don't think I could stomach trying to order delivery from them again... Pun intended, because you can't stomach something they don't have in stock.This is the first bad review I've written about any company, and hopefully the last, but goodness gracious, great balls of fire, get it together Dickey's!
