Do not buy the good year tire that is made directly for discount tire. The tire doesn’t handle well in rain or snow and it is very dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen

First impressions are important in any relationship, whether it be personal, professional, patron, etc.
Jonathan at Discount Tire off Pleasant Grove Rd in Rogers, AR, made a great first impression by immediately greeting me in the parking lot and having a friendly conversation about what kind of service I was looking for.
While he was friendly and professional, he was also well versed in the services Discount Tire had to offer.
As a first-time customer only coming in for a tire rotation - which was surprisingly free. He earned my future business for both of my vehicles.

Great service, great pricing. My tires were on order from the distributor directly and we ran into some delays. The shop followed up to ensure they expedite the shipping and called to get my appointment scheduled the moment the tires came off the truck. That is what good service is made of. Follow through, consistency, and care. Awesome team at the Pleasant Grove location. I love my 5 new Yokohama X M/T for my Jeep!

Unfortunately I have had 3 experiences here and 2 have been less than acceptable in my opinion. The first incident I had one flat tire that was unfixable and decided to buy 2 new tires from them. I asked them to place the other original wheel that was completely fine in my trunk to replace the spare “donut”. This tire was completely fine and they did not give it to us and the next morning said that that tire was already gone. Anyways I decided to give them another chance, so when I got a screw in my tire the other day I came here. I got my tire “patched” Tuesday. I picked my car up and was told it was all good. But the next morning on Wednesday when I went to go to work it was completely flat. After further inspection there was still a nail in my tire! I had to call a tow truck and have my car fixed else where. Won’t come here again.

Discount tire was VERY helpful when another place was not. Jaden ordered the tire I needed, got it in the very next day, and had me going by time I got off work. They gave me the peace of mind I was looking for.
10/10 would recommend.

I had a tire that ended up with a nail. These guys are standup guys. Our tires are under warranty and they fixed it right away and w/no charge. I have to say compared to Firestone who should get a zero for a rating, this team deserves a 5! I found Discount Tire to be responsive, polite and respectful and the guys go above and beyond. Thanks Jaden!

Jaden was super helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable about his product. After receiving horrible customer service at the Fayetteville branch. He expressed his want for my business and was grateful for the opportunity for such. Danny in Fayetteville refused to even discuss what i needed without my phone number. Said they couldn't help me without it. I do not appreciate being lied to. Almost didn't try another Discount tire store, but Jaden sold me and now has my money.

Garret helped me today after an unexpected flat tire and was highly impressed with the customer service and that he went to my account to see if I had any benefits to use for today’s services. To my surprise I did and ended up saving big! Definitely recommend!

I recently needed a new valve extender kit installed on my motorhome. The crew at the Roger’s discount tire location led by store manager Arthur helped me identify the proper kit and did a great job getting the kit installed correctly and on time within my appointment. I would highly recommend this discount tire location for all your vehicle type tire needs!

The Discount Tire Certificate is well worth the money. I bought 4 tires a year and a half and 10,000 miles ago. Aiden rotated and rebalanced them yesterday at no additional charge.
