This is the very very low class staff I have ever seen, from the manager to the employees, so ghetto. Oh my Goodness, such a bad experience trying to pick up a money transfer from WU.

This store is a MESS and I question how it even stays running. When I walked in a customer was waiting to check out. My shopping took about 15 minutes and he was still waiting. Then when the employee was doing my transaction (which consist of some chips and candy items) she kept making comments like "got the munchies?" and "so who's working at the smoke shop today?"

I just had the worst customer service experience ever. Starting when I first walked in, she’s screaming at another worker in the store. My cashier Miss Pamela was Aggressively rude. We’re not talking about having to wait at the register for someone to notice. It was the entire interactions between huffing and the sarcastic snarky remarks. One customer in the back, waiting in line to be checked out I wanna cry I’d cry, refuting to the treatment towards me. This interaction happened 7/26/2024 at 12:11 PM. I would love for their general management to look into this one interaction which also involved a return to you let me know. This is the caliber of customer service you provide to all patrons and find it acceptable!

The absolute worst customer service in the world. No clerks were in the store. The front door was wide open. I shouted for service and another customer told me that the clerks were stacking shelves. When I got ready to check out, the self checkout was broken. I had to shout for assistance. The clerk walked up to me and fussed at me for shouting for service. Horrible service!

The store is never clean, they refuse to give you the on sale discounts for the sale items. Their worker 'Joy' is always rude everything he has to assist someone. Tonight I was told I had to use the self check out and she (had no name tag) refused to assist me. I will start paying more at other businesses because the service is better.

Went in with some friends after school and was harassed by staff and was told I was skipping school even though they didn't even ask if I was in school. It's a weird experience but basically I went in and was told I was skipping School so I got confused and was then told they can kick me out for anything and that if I don't leave they can call my school. I get out of school at 11:30 so I wasn't skipping and tbh its not their business

Just checked out, the “store manager” was on her cell phone the whole time… said less than 5 words to me, made me feel time I was inconveniencing her. Really rude and not good customer service at all!

They accuse kids of stealing. They insisted my daughter stole a candle and when my daughter emptied all her pockets and bag to show them she didn't steal anything they were just like "oops". I understand this is located right next to a high school but they treat the kids horrible there.

Very good place to do your shopping, it is always organized and clean, I really like its remodeling, it is located in a perfect place, highly recommended.
