I’ve never seen a store so trashed!! I feel bad for the one employee they do have working. You guys definitely need to hire or raise your pay wage!! This is crazy!

Store wasn't a store it was empty product still in boxes on u boats sitting throughout the entire store no employees that I seen on multiple occasions. then this beautiful lady I believe her name was Tiffany Phillips she had the u boats unloaded and dispersed on the shelves where it was designated to be..and the entire time assisting all customers and there questions while they were shopping and checking out the customers once they were done shopping and she never was bothered by the work load that I could tell .. anyway she is the only reason I would go back to the store at all and will say the reason most keep going back..

I have been here three times and every time they have made mistakes at checkout. The first time they took my son’s twenty and didn’t give him correct change, the second time they did it again. And today when I checked out the employee, a dude with long hair, pushed the cash back button quickly for $10 then approved my transaction.
Go somewhere else.

I attempted to return a couple Easter baskets with a receipt. Instead of assisting me, the employee silently fetched the manager without explanation. The manager abruptly refused the return, stating, “No. I can’t do that. They’re seasonal, and I’d have to pack them up.” Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional, and she ignored Dollar Tree’s return policy. If seasonal items can’t be returned, that should be stated clearly… not sprung on customers last minute. Very poor management.

I went to buy balloons and there was only 2 employees I was patiently waiting and the cashier called for help when the manager Megan saw me with 6 balloons already inflated as I was waiting for the rest she said very rudely that if it’s more then 4 balloons you need to call and order them, I didn’t see a sing anywhere at the store where this was explained, she also said that because she only has 2 people, that is not my problem I’m not going there to ask for free stuff and maybe if Megan wouldn’t be so rude her employees wouldn’t quit she was so rude for no reason. If she doesn’t like her job she should look for a different job.

I’ve tried calling for the past two days but the number listed doesn’t work. Wed night (have the receipt) i went to go pick up a few things & ended up with more than i needed. At check out Graciela decided to put her opinion about my glasses out there. They’re broken & held together by tape. my fiancé drove us so i didn’t feel the need to put on contacts. Graciela decided to say “You know those are broken right? It doesn’t look good.”Ive never been so taken back. Told her I’m waiting for my insurance to kick in January. She proceeded to argue with me & repeat how awful it looked to hammer it in. Most of the time I have a good experience but seriously to go so low to insult someone’s glasses & argue over it is ridiculous.

We placed an order online and only option was pick up at the store. When we got back from picking up product we realized we were sent the wrong item. Cases of this product. When we contacted HQ, we were advised to take the product back to the store for a refund. When we got to store the store manager was VERY NASTY and would not hear us out whatsoever. The store manager stated she cannot do a refund only exchange and that we couldn't do exchange for a product she did not have.. Told us to take items we were trying to return and leave her store. I tried speaking with her over the phone and she refused to speak to me. Told my co-worker that she wasn't going to speak to me any longer due to my nasty attitude. All I was doing was giving back the same energy I was getting from her. I heard her tell my co-worker to leave the store and was very loud about it instead of trying to correct the issue and make it right for the customer. We were treated like if were trash and kept stating to leave the store. When we asked for her name as I wanted to report this to Corporate she refused to give us her name and just kept yelling at my co-worker to leave the store. This was so humiliating when treated like this in front of other customers at the shop instead of hearing us out and trying to find a solution to their mistake. When I told her that they gave us wrong product she immediately got defensive and started being unprofessional with myself over the phone. We are in the retail business and ALWAYS try to find a solution and hear out the customer specially if we as a company made a mistake instead we were treated like a nuisance and made us feel worthless. She then stated that she did not make this mistake that it was corporate and when I told her that she as an employee and manager for Dollar Tree company so when I state "you guys gave us the wrong product" I was referring to Dollar Tree not her store itself. After that she refused to speak to me. Handed th phone over to my co-worker and told him that she wasn't going to speak to me any longer due to my "Nasty attitude" and started kicking out my co-worker. IF YOU VISIT THIS PLACE BE READY TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH BY THE STORE MANAGER AND HER MINIONS. They forget they have a job because of customers. NO CUSTOMERS = NO REVENUE = NO JOBS...... We are in the retail business and would NEVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER SPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS A COMPANY LEVEL MISTAKE, NOTHING TO DO WITH CUSTOMER.

I bought a bunch of Halloween decor, and sweet out of her way to bring it to my car when she absolutely did not have to! She’s a sweetheart and does an awesome job! :)

Worst most Horrible cashier service, went on Aug Thu. 8th, a white old lady in her 50’s was working. She did not speak to me throughout the entire transaction, did not greet me, nor offer me a receipt, although she did offer to the person in front of me. She is likely racist!

Can’t believe I just experienced racism in this store. The manager was sure taking her time before checking us out. She surely saw us were putting up the products on the check out. Never said a word to us during check out and gave us annoying face when we speak our language. Then she said Hello to the white lady after us. It’s 2024, be better.
