Dirtiest place ever, shelves were almost empty andthe few things that they did have looked like they had been wiped with a muddy cloth or like someone took the item and buried it in dirt then dug it back up and put it on the shelf.

I went to Dollar Tree, late afternoon on Thanksgiving Eve, and had a horrible experience. I like to use the CashApp deposit paper money at this location as it's convenient, has close proximity to my home, and overall, a great addition to the store. I wish I would have taken down her name. The manager who helped me at the second register normally is fine, but I feel like they kind of tagged team since they had each other, with their bad attitude. The one who helped me originally had dark hair and was wearing a ponytail- she acted like she didn't care and when it didn't work, as I was trying to explain what the other cashiers have done in cases like this since I've been here previously, she didn't want to listen at all. When she finally concluded it wasn't working and that is was more of a problem on my end, she acted like she could care less. It was simply unprofessional and not good customer service at all, especially the day before Thanksgiving. I came here, because it's closer than my bank and I wanted to finish the last of my errands before Thanksgiving. The fact that I wasn't able to do that does make me upset, because this is such an important time of year for my family. I'm debating on sending this to corporate. Thank you!

I shop here alot especially for the snacks and things I can by for $5 and less . I look for name brand things like potions and makeup...that I can get for a $1.25 and are usually 8-10 dollars else where .

They have expanded their products, however this location is always rather slow with one maybe two cashier's and the line in always backed up. Also you may have to open you own shipping boxes to find the products. This store needs help.... Star rating is for my love of dollar tree as a whole.

Half empty store like most of the dollar tree shops in NWA. It’s very frustrating that there are almost non beauty and makeup products in any of those locations. I’m sure dollar tree doesn’t care since nothing has changed even many customers are complaining regularly.
