I can usually get very good buys at the store. I do compare prices all of the time and go where I get the best price. Returns here are extremely easy. Most of the staff is very helpful.

Very helpful! They didn’t have the size I needed, so they ordered it and had the shoes for my grandson shipped to him.

Ordered a pair of shoes, received mens. It clearly said womens on order.
Live chat - didnt seem to care i had to prompt all parts of the conversation. $5 was all they thought I was due for the mix up.
They never said anything about returning the wrong pair.
A few days later I do live chat again because I had not received an email about a new shipment. I was told they canceled the order.
I said I still want what I ordered and asked for a discount. Got $10 so now we have $15 refund.
Received replacement order…in a generic brown box…MENS SHOES AGAIN!
It was like pulling teeth to get help in chat. He just said send them back but offered no instructions or assistance in how to do that. Didn’t offer to send correct order.
Asked for something because of this extremely poor service he offered $10 rewards.
I told him the problem is i am losing the $15 in refunds given previously since I am apparently not getting the order.
Again, no mention of return process.
Was told ‘just let us know next time you place an order’
Ridiculous, waste of time, they are asking me to waste more time. I have no refund, no return instructions offered, no solid discount, no offer to correct the order.
