My husband and I love shopping at Eddie Bauer but unfortunately decided to purchase online instead after visiting this store. It was sad to see how unwelcoming the staff was as compared to some others who got in right after us. Too sad !
Not visiting again this store ever again.

I placed my order on Wed. the 6th of August and paid an extra $13.99 for 3 day shipping because I needed my order by Saturday because I was leaving town. The tracking shows I will receive it Tuesday the 12th. That's 6 days or 4 days not counting Saturday or Sunday. Why did I pay extra shipping fee for 3 day shipping if it's going to take 4 to 6 days??

Not the Eddie Bauer you grew up with. I once loved Eddie Bauer. The people were great and the clothes were excellent. Now, the clothes are mediocre, the employees would rather not help, and they no longer offer their guarantee. Nice 2y/o jacked zipper broke, sorry, not sorry.

No restroom …No business from me. Had to run to nearby Dillards ..so they will get my business from now on and not you. Big stores, asking big prices for merchandise, and can’t even provide a rest room? Ridiculous!

Told me when I bought a $300 coat that it had a lifetime guarantee. Two years later I tried to take it back for a new one since it broke and the lady told me that the old managers just did whatever so she couldn’t honor it, won’t be back

I went to Eddie Bauer with a problem with a zipper on my jacket and Betty Ann, the store manager, went above and beyond to honor the Eddie Bauer warrantee policy. I love the quality of Eddie Bauer products, not to mention the quality of their employees. Cannot thank them enough.
