Be aware if you ship on a Thursday evening. Drivers won’t pick up your package until Friday afternoon, and they’re closed on Saturday/Sunday. So, your package basically doesn’t get shipped till Monday.
You loose a whole shipping day because drivers only come through once a day and it’s in the evening…

Drivers do not show up when they are supposed to. When you call to check on the package you get lied to that it is on a truck and on its way will be there by a certain time but never shows. This package has been delayed for 3 days now but its on the truck and out for delivery with the drivers name.

FYI they can’t ship a guitar in a case from here because “they don’t have boxes that will fit it” so ship it anyway it’s insured. If you can’t take the moment in your job as a “shipping center” clerk to resolve this and your answer is to tell a customer maybe another FedEx has a box and risk insurance claim costs; I would fire you. 10-9-23 9:01 am

zero stars it wouldn't let me no give any.they were supposed to send my pkg fedex. It did not show up and the tracking num I had to insist they give me came up invalid. Fedex said they don't have letters in them but what they gave me had them. The Mgr. was rude said they are not liable and he can't do anything. He was snarky and refused to even try to make it right. I ended up having to call corporate office and discovered they shipped it thru ups yet the Mgr claimed it was fedex which is who I told them to use. The Mgr was snarky the whole time. I am being charged $150.00 for the missing item because of their screw up that he refused to make right or even try to do so. I am waiting to hear back from corporate on what they are going to do in addition to address his action or inaction.
