You cannot print here. If you are looking to print a basic PDF document on white paper… that is not possible here despite advertising. You cannot print a basic document from the kiosk, or send it in via email. Whats worse is the staff wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to trouble shoot despite explaining what I needed. Then someone came back after 20 minutes and explained I cannot print a basic document. The kiosk even has an option to print basic documents but it doesn’t work

Service was always been sketchy. Now that they have fired a few workers for doing their job I can’t support them. Go UPS or USPS! Fed ex does not care about their employees or their safety. Especially those of color.

Drop off in the photo center. You do have to wait for someone to come scan your package when you drop it off
