Location states open seven days a week yet Saturday they were locked up. Only note on the door was the closure dates for holidays which this was no holiday. Hours on the for show open seven days a week until seven o’clock. I tried calling to verify they would be open on Sunday yet all you get is a recording and it will not allow you to down with anyone nor does it offer customer service. Very poor customer service

My girlfriend ordered a dresser that shipped through fedex. The package is heavy and says fragile all over. This guy, slams it in the ground, then watches as it tips over again and laughs. Leaving it at the bottom of the stairs where she can’t get it due to the weight. So we need to pray it’s not broken when I get there to Carey it up the stairs and do this guys job for him. “Handled with care” yeah right

The girls working there did not want to help, they had me excuse after excuse, I finally said I'm going somewhere else, the gentleman was nice and helpful, so no complaints about him. I mean what is going on with the service at FedEx like people don't want to work anymore.

Don’t waste your time driving here and waiting in line to FedEx a package. It is only a drop off store, can’t ship electronics. Associate had no idea where there was a store to help me. ??
