I’ve never had ruder service and we were just buying shoes. $400 worth to be exact. A sale that was dropped due to employees attitudes. I just needed shoes and to be met with attitudes to the point I drop a sale!! I literally get paid to shop so not only did you all lose money and a customer but I was literally getting paid to come to your store and I dropped all of it due to your employees attitudes. No one wanted to talk to anyone, all employees seemed extremely irritated and annoyed just by customers asking for a size!! Extremely uncalled for.

My girlfriend bought me Birkenstocks OVER 2 months ago for my birthday. After barely wearing them, they broke. I took them back to the store in person and they were unable to order a new pair for me, so they added the funds to a gift card. I left and immediately tried to order the shoes, but the website would not let me add the funds from the gift card. I went back inside the store and told them this, and they said I had to call customer care in order to get a new gift card. I did this and waited over a week for the new gift card to arrive, only to run into the same problem. I had to call customer care again, and they sent me over to the sales team who placed the order for me since it was not working on my side. I had to pay an extra $10 than what my girlfriend paid, but I didn’t care at this point because I was just over this mess. A few hours go by and I get an email that the order was canceled. I literally just got off the phone with customer care AGAIN and they said they submitted a request for review and I have to wait 48 hours to hear back. It has been over 2 months and I have neither the shoes or the money. I am normally very patient, but this is so ridiculous and has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

purchased shoes here 2 weeks ago, was trying to return one of the two pairs and manager said he couldnt return or exchange the pair because they had been worn… they were TRIED ON ONCE. They let customers try on shoes in store who’s to say the wear didn’t come from that. BS policy. Wont be buying from here again.

Today, during my shopping experience, I was racially profiled I came in to do a simple return or exchange with receipts in hand. I was told I would be unable to return the item because the tags were not on the items anymore disregarding what my current receipt says. I spoke with the management and ended up being provided customer service number number. I did ask for the managers name and she was unwilling to provide I was denied a name or sales person ID. Security ended up getting called and I was advised by security, Management did not feel comfortable providing her name because I was “aggressive” the officer reporting to the incident confirmed that I was showing no signs of aggression when speaking to him but did advise that I was not allowed to go back into the store today. I let him know that I will need an incident report and I should be getting that Monday per Mall security. The lack of customer service received is disheartening. I didn’t want money back. I was even OK with in-store credit or just to be able to exchange it for the boys as my mother accidentally got my son the girls style Nike outfit for Christmas now we wait to hear back from the corporate office and mall management security. I will not be treated this way, it’s 2024 do better.

I went in yesterday and Haley was absolutely amazing and helpful! I was starting to get worried because I couldn’t find alfets that would make me look good this fall/winter but she made sure to keep me in style! I don’t feel dusty anymore and I know for sure I’ll be the most hated in Fayetteville because I’m so fly! Thank you so much Haley, you deserve a raise and more!!

Would rate a zero if I could! Walked in and had a shoe I wanted to try on and no one bothered to help after standing for 10 minutes. A sales woman came up behind me and straight asked another customer okay are you going to buy these or… I put the shoe up and will never come back! Horrible service!

Got into a big fight with my baby daddy and decided that I needed some retail therapy to cure my broken heart. Haley was so helpful and supportive. I left with a new pair of shoes (which I WILL be showin off come my baby daddy’s bday in September) and a new friend ☺️?. Thank you Hayley!

The person that helped me was very rude, and literally gave me 1 shoe to try on (not the pair) got the wrong size, he walked away didn’t say a word. I told him if I can try them together, and he gave an attitude back. Never coming back.
