Service writer on Saturday was rude and not very pleasant at all. Kinda felt like he was upset for having to be there. His interaction with customers left a lot to be desired. Don't want to be a burden so I'll take my business somewhere else.

Customer service is poor, the shop had absolutely no idea what was going on. I ordered a tire from them and once it came time to install it they acted like they had no idea I had an appointment. My appointment was at 10am. I dropped the car off at 9am before my appointment just to make sure it was there with plenty of time to spare. Around 2:00pm they still hadn’t called to let me know it was done so I took it upon myself to call and check in. They informed me that they indeed did try to call me however that wasn’t the case. When reviewing my paperwork they had all of the incorrect information put in including the Incorrect mileage for my vehicle. My main concern is the tire has a mileage warranty. The guy at the desk told me unfortunately he can’t do anything to fix it and he would just put a note in the system. So apparently I just have to take their word for it. 10/10 don’t recommend. This place is a mess.

Will not be using Firestone again for services. Was quoted one price over the phone, the ending price was nearly $500 over that price.
In looking at the part that needing replacing I quoted it out with the Kia manufacturer and the cost was $800 cheaper than the part Firestone sourced. I was unable to even locate a part that cost as much as what Firestone charged.
Myself and my family will not be using Firestone any longer.

Scheduled an alignment...turns out they only aligned the front and did not align the rear...on the receipt it mentioned that the rear bushings were worn and the rear end wasn't aligned...this was not explained to me or quoted to fix the issue...so I paid full price for a literal half-assed job...BUYER BEWARE

Don't go here unless you want to give away your money. This people fix what your car doesn't need and charge you for it, and if you're not happy with the repairs, they politely offer to fix your car only charging you for parts, not labor :)

My daughter stopped at this location for an emergency tire issue. She was told she did not properly rotate/maintenance and was out of warranty, come to find out they created a new account and tried to hide the 25 year relationship/history warranty work. This location is the one she had the regular on time maintenance done at.
I called our regular Firestone who provided ALL the proper information, and don’t understand why a new account was created.
My daughter had to stop and get a can of fix a flat to try and get the vehicle home which is an hour and half drive in the dark.
She had brakes and rotors done at this location as well and has had nothing but issues and they told her she needed brakes and rotors again. ?!?!? I found out today they did not replace the rotors as I requested.
Extremely unprofessional

Felt Scammed and Disrespected, Uninformed Use of Rebuilt Car Parts and Rude Service
Yesterday, I had a service done on my car, and during the billing process, I asked the technician TALON to provide the invoice before I made the payment. He told me that they couldn’t give the invoice until after the payment was made. After paying the bill, I received the receipt and later realized I had been scammed.
They used a rebuilt part on my car without informing me beforehand and charged me an inflated price—about $500. When I inquired about the part they used, they showed me it was from NAPA, which is the same part, brand, and model, costs much less if i buy it from the same company . When I raised this issue, that guy told me they would charge way more than the original price for a Rebuilt part
He was also incredibly rude. Out of nowhere, he said, “ I KNOW WHER YOU COME FROM” which felt uncalled for and disrespectful. He kept me waiting for a long time, only to answer two simple questions about the parts used on my car, repeatedly saying that his manager was unavailable.
My main question is: Why was a rebuilt part used without informing me beforehand?
It’s frustrating and embarrassing, especially when the technician, Talon, made that disrespectful remark. This behavior shows a lack of proper Training and lack of respect for customers who are local or non local , and it’s shameful for the company.
If you think I’m mistaken or misinformed, please feel free to verify the camera footage from the service area and will make sure to forward this message to their superiors.

I went in with my girlfriend to get an estimate on how much it would be to get her brakes fixed on her car. Firstly they call her and tell her a ridiculous price to get it fixed for what was wrong with the car they wanted over 1000$ fix for a caliper and brake line which is under 125$ on miscellaneous car part websites. Secondly we got the car back with broken off interior steering column panel. And last thing was is when this problem was brought up the manager wouldn’t take the blame for breaking it and instead started getting an attitude himself saying I had an attitude for him breaking my girlfriends car. Needless to say the manager at this firestone location should be fired for how much of a prick he is to his customers and not admitting fault when he is wrong.

Was in for an alignment and tire rotation/balance. With the alignment, they performed an alignment but when done they alignment front out showed the camber was in the red after they adjusted everything else. They said that they could not adjust the camber on a f250 as they did not know what an adjustable camber bushing was (which this truck has installed)). None of the 3 techs working knew what an adjustable camber bushing is. An adjustable camber bushing is a very commonly used alignment part due to the ability to adjust the camber with out the need to fully replace the bushing. This is a basic training and competency that any alignment tech should have.
For the tire rotation and balance the techs were unable to use the road force balancer due to it being broken. Coats balancer the techs did not appear to have adequate training as they were “chasing the weight” instead of doing proper balancing procedures. This shop was unable to properly do any of the services correctly and the problems are now worse

Went in for an oil change, and left owing them 153.00. 153.00 for an oil change, I don't recommend anyone going to this ripoff place. I thought 90.00 was a lot for an oil change.

Was able to drop off same day for alignment; said it would be done midafternoon but was not done until 2 hours before closing. They failed to print my initial alignment values page so there was no way to see what, if anything, was actually adjusted. Interesting that somehow all the other pages were printed. If you go, be sure to ask up front for all documentation to be printed and make sure they actually write that down because new people come in and don’t know what they’re supposed to do (that’s what I was told at the shop). I guess we will see what happens next time I go back to recheck alignment (I’ll adjust review then).

I took my truck in for brakes and wheel balance. I left it there at noon. It is a service truck for work and I explained that it was costing me a great deal to have it in the shop and I really needed it fixed. Talon told me that if I left it there they could have it done by 6. I left it there. I didn’t hear from them so I drove my other vehicle up there at 5:30. All they had done was removed my tires. He said he was about to call me. He said I needed brakes and he could set me up with an appointment. It was really hard not to lose it at that moment. I told him that we had already established that and that’s exactly why I left the truck there which he said could be done in that time frame. Then he looked at me and asked if I had an appointment when I brought it in, as an excuse for why they couldn’t do what they told me they could. He charged me for a vehicle inspection and I left. My truck was there for 6 hours and all that was accomplished was a wheel balance. I implore you to go elsewhere if you’re looking for service.
