People were nice enough. Took advantage of my wife today, 3/8/25. Charged us $760 for an oil change and new spark plugs. Took them all day with a 9:00 appointment to find out it was the spark plugs which we told them that was the issue to begin with. The manager took $100 off after I complained and I just paid it to be done with it. I’m sure they were just following Corporate’s scammer instructions. Will not use them again obviously.

I buy tires only here. They are not competitive pricing on other services. When getting a price on changing TPMS sensors, they priced and said they would replace the one I asked to replace. When in the shop, they refused to replace just the one I asked for. They said they would replace 3 or none at all. I then told them to not replace any at all. I took the car to another local shop that was $40 less per tire for TPMS replacement. I'll be looking for other options on tires, wheel, alignments, brakes and other services. Firestone is not competitive any more with other tire and brake shops. Sad since I was a 30 year customer.

Went in to have 2 new tires installed on rear and to have alignment checked (I have lifetime checks). They called me to say that the front left wheel bearing was bad and I’d need to replace. I thought this was odd since I had not noticed a “loose bearing” and they were relatively new. Anyway, after further investigation myself, I noticed the axle nut was loose, and seemed “freshly loosened”. Very odd….and I’m petty sure it wasn’t loose prior to this visit. Take it for what it’s worth, i called Firestone Corporate and asked for video of the time my car was on their rack and they said “no”. So, I say “buyer beware” of these guys. I think they manufacture problems to pad their pockets.

I’ve purchased two sets of tires from this location and have had no issues. My most recent visit was on SB Sunday and the team worked me in when I needed a fix. My car is rolling smooth and feels great!

Staff was wonderful. Prices were high compared to the average independent mechanic shop. Over all I'm satisfied because I didn't have to wait to be serviced and the shop seemed honest.

I had my wheels aligned a week ago and today noticed that my skid plate was down. Even though I they should not have had my skid plate off, I took my car back today and explained what happened they took care of it no questions asked. They secured it back to my car with no charge, were very courteous and understanding and willing to fix something that may not even have caused to happen.

$120 oil change for a Nissan Rouge after the so called “Coupons” they have on their website is INSANE!!! Do yourself a favor and go else where. Talk about Marking up prices. Plaza tire 5 miles down the road does the same job for $70 bucks. Needed a last minute oil change. Should have waited.

I have never been a customer of Firestone before. I was recommended by family. I walked in this morning and got new tires on my car with no stress, a decent price and the service was so fast. I didn’t even have an appointment but was easily accommodated. They did it in half the time I expected. It doesn’t feel like a chore to go here, I appreciate that. Joseph has been an incredible help and made this super easy. Round of applause to him! If you have the chance, I recommend talking to him to talk about all you need. I feel safe to get on the road now and look forward to driving with my new tires!

Called the day before to ask if they can replace the thermostat. Told yes, and to come in at 8am. Did so, when I got there told they will not due anything without a diagnosis first. First, I heard about it and did not make appointments elsewhere because I was told they can do. Call 2hrs later to be told that it hadn't been brought in yet. Proper expectations were not set during my advance call. If you refuse to do a specific request without a diagnostic, it's simple to notify when first called. Led to believe I had an appointment when clearly did not. Also unwilling to give basic quote for repair (not even hourly rate). I found Nathan to be without any customer service skills and presented as a person who hated their job.

Do not come here. They are absolutely dishonest; and looking to sell you things you DO NOT NEED. If you do have the misfortune of coming here, do yourself a favor; and get a second opinion. You will probably save thousands of dollars….

I want to express my disappointment with the service my in-laws received at Firestone Complete Auto Care on Pleasant Crossing Drive in Rogers, AR, on 10/09/2024 between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. My father-in-law and mother-in-law asked for a printed invoice, but 'Joseph,' the service advisor, repeatedly insisted it was sent via email. What made the situation frustrating is that Joseph never explained that it’s company policy to email invoices, and he became visibly irritated when they requested a printed one. What’s confusing is they can print invoices for tires or quotes, so why not for service?
On top of that, Joseph’s behavior toward other customers was concerning. He was short-tempered with simple questions, such as where to park for service. It was clear that he was annoyed, especially with customers like my in-laws who are not fluent in English. They do understand English, and if Joseph had calmly explained the company’s policy, the situation could have been avoided. Instead, he treated them with disrespect, which felt discriminatory because of their limited English proficiency.
To make matters worse, the email invoice wasn’t even sent until I, their son-in-law, had to call at 7:00pm to request it again. I’ve already contacted corporate about this incident. We’ve taken our car to the Firestone on Walnut in Rogers before and never experienced such treatment. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, and I hope it’s addressed properly.

Took my Jeep in for a second opinion and quote on brake pads. A dealership had told me I needed to have the pads replaced.
Firestone confirmed that my pads were in excellent condition. No charge for the courtesy inspection but they will have my business for the next oil change.

Came in for an alignment. Bought the life time alignment. I drove home noticed that it was not right brought back to them. Guy at service desk was very rude told me that it would take several hours that he hoped I had time to wait.
