First I love this store so much well organised and stocked. Staff was welcoming the only thing I would say is do not place a pick up order. They do not have a good system for pick up orders and you have to go in store anyway to pick it up. Other then that I would highly recommend

We have been to the Five Below in Rogers, AR twice since it opened. We had previously been to one in Louisiana, so were very happy to get one in our area. There are so many inexpensive gift items, I highly recommend going, now they are fully operational and stocked. Both times we went the staff were courteous, answered any questions we had, no problems at all. We got a remote controlled Lilo and Stitch for only $5. The prices are much cheaper than a big box department store and good quality. If you want to see the types of items they carry, I posted many, many pictures under the photos section. Handicapped parking and bathroom available. The aisles can be crowded at this time of year due to increased consumers, making wheelchair accessibility more difficult, but they are wide enough when the shoppers accommodate you.

We loved this store. Tons of stuff and loads of different candies. I honestly do not understand some of these people’s negative reviews… The staff was very friendly each time we went.

I was exited to see what they were selling. We found a lot stuff very nice to give away for an event UNTIL Customer Service became the worst for a situation that happened there. At first I just wanted to leave and leave all what I had in the basket, but I decided to talk to their manager and let her know the reason why I was leaving all my staff at one side. I was very calm, respectful but firm. I do hope they fix their customer service.

I’ve been wanting a five below close to me for a while and I’m so happy to finally have one
The store was very neat and clean, the staff was so friendly and of course the prices are great!

We tried to shop here last night but the staff was standing at the door and stopped us from entering. They said it’s too late to shop, no new customers. It was 15 minutes before closing but that would have been plenty of time for them to make additional sales and still close the store on time. I’m not sure if the manager was even there but she wasn’t acting in the best interest of that store.

Nice staff and not their fault! The 5 Bellow opened just new probably a week ago. Despite knowing that it will be super busy and items will be sold out immediately they have NOT stocked back up! Half empty store is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. The only one in Arkansas and you didn’t know it will be famous immediately?! Stock back up !! Let me know when you are done. Because disappointed customers don’t come back …
