I recently visited a GAP store to return an unused item that was still in its original condition, complete with tags and the store bag. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the manager, who spoke to me in a demeaning tone and implied I had worn the item. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers.
My suggestion to GAP is to prioritize quality control and ensure that damaged or stained items are not sold in the first place. Customers should not have to defend themselves when returning items that were sold in less-than-perfect condition. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way in improving the shopping experience.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Not only was I treated poorly when talking with a manager, I have heard that manager, Kim, has been treating her employees unfairly. I would urge you to not entertain this and find another store.

I was very disappointed with the costumer service. Kim, the manager, had the worst attitude. I really urge Gap to consider their people before hiring or promoting.

Horrible establishment!! The Kim lady is a total wack job with no morals!! Asking for help and she rolled her eyes and was very unresponsive. I think she was on something.. TOTAL FREAK.
