Ashtyn (spelling?) was very knowledgeable with all the shoes. She provided suggestions on the various shoe brands in my size. She was able to explain the differences in the different models in the same brand. In addition, she was friendly and engaged the entire time.

My entire family went into Gearheads in Rogers, and we had the amazing experience of working with Parker. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We tried on so many shoes and he made sure that we were taken care of and happy with our purchases! We appreciate you Parker!

Awesome location! They carry everything from On Running, Howler, Patagonia, North Face, etc! Great sale rack- got several Patagonia, Howler, & Yeti Items for 30-50% off! They offer a 10% Discount to UofA students as well.

A young man was waiting on a lady sitting on the couch and was just about finished with her and then my mom sat down close to her on the couch. The young man just finished with her and walked off and never came back. During this period there were 2 other workers in there and they were wondering around. Then some other people came in and the young lady started helping them with shoes. Then we just sat there and no help for my mom. We just got up and left. Terrible customer service. My mom has bought shoes there before. I have been in customer service for over 51 years and this is not acceptable. There is no excuse for this behavior.

Waited outside until they opened, three employees on staff inside. I asked where I could locate the North Face backpacks. They were located two inches below the ceiling. The employee said let me know if you are interested in seeing one as she walked away. Well I can't see them, try them on, check how big the inside is for contents, does it have pockets, what does it cost? None of these things I could attain from the location of the item. My money walked out and purchased one elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Haley was amazing! She helped me find a pair of Hokas. She listened to my concerns and my preferences and brought out so many options for me. She wasn't pushy for a more specific type of shoe. I really felt like she just wanted to get me into the best pair for my feet! She was very personable and so helpful.

I'm a tough fit, and Gearhead got it right. I bought a pair of Altra's. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I forgot her name she was petite with black hair and highlights. We signed up for the rewards program and saved a bunch this time. Gearhead is our go-to shoe store.

Nice little store! Staff was super friendly and not pushy at all. Generally, if I have to ask for my shoe size, I leave. This time I didn’t. My wife and I both ended up with some ON brand running shoes. 4/5 opposed to 5/5 only due to the size of the store. Real estate limits the stores potential.

Giving 2 stars because they were the only store that had what I was looking for in stock, but awful customer experience. Was never greeted or asked if I needed any help, but a larger group that walked in 5-6 mins after me was immediately catered to. Had to walk up to a group of employees standing around in a circle talking to get any help finding a shoe in my size. Would have left to purchase elsewhere if I didn’t need them today, but I won’t be coming back to this location.
