Was not greeted at the door but the next couple was happily greeted. Was looking to buy two set of irons but the old man in there “couldn’t” hear us. No one asked us if we needed any help. Had hit clubs in there before but wasn’t allowed to this time. Would not recommend taking your freshman son who made varsity in there they will not take you serious so we went to golf tec!

From out of state, played at a local course in the morning, and then asked for a golf store recommendation. We were short on time but I was given great customer service and feedback as I shopped for a driver. I’m a new player yet I felt at ease as I hit a few drivers and made my selection. We will definitely stop here again when we’re back in the area.

This place and its employees is/are amazing! I drove over 900 miles to share a vacation with close friends, play golf and enjoy Arkansas. I was fitted for new irons (Mizuno 923-Hot Irons) by Mark. Mark is very knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, honest. I worked with other employees as well, to include a wonderful young lady named Shawn. What a great experience this place is and I was glad to give them my business; I’ll definitely be back.

This store is packed with a good selection of clubs, bags and accessories but the staff is lacking basic customer service. I was ready to spend $1000-$1200 on a new set of irons and possibly add in a new cart bag but when none of the employees greeted me, offered to help with questions or even acknowledge my existence then I decided to spend my money somewhere else.

This is the best golf shop in NWA. The staff here is super helpful and happy to help you when you have questions. They also don’t mind you browsing around and hanging out for a bit.I bought a driver here and wanted to hit a few of them in their simulator before buying. Gary was extremely helpful and walked me through several options, while also giving me a few pointers on my swing along the way. Gary, along with everyone else, made this experience extremely enjoyable.

I liked this store. Decent selection, lots of clubs, and a demo area. Clothing might be slightly limited, but thats ok.

Mark and the guys were by far the best golf fitters we have encountered…knowledgeable, super friendly and genuinely took an interest in us. No pressure, encouraging and zero “condescending attitude” that is sometimes found in pro shops when fitting a lady. They went above and beyond. Just wish they were located in North Texas!

Amazing selection! I am new to golfing and both the guys in the store we so helpful! I highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else for my golfing needs!

The staff can be off-putting and grouchy at times. I came in for a putter fitting as the store is advertised as an official Ping fitter. The owner gave me a "fitting session" where he just eyeballed my swing and told me my best options. He then let me feel it out between a Ping Tyne 4 and a TaylorMade mallet. Now that I know better, that was not a proper fitting experience. No analyzers or data were used to make a recommendation, but gave me a vague picture of my needs based off of what was on the shelf without looking at other factors such as shaft/neck and weighting. I feel like I wasted $300 because I may not be using equipment that is even right for me.
