Gary and Jay were awesome!I had some questions about my current driver set up. Another golf store in the area couldn’t answer my questions and was trying to sell me on all of the newest equipment (which I wasn’t interested in).Golf Headquarters was able to answer all of my questions. They are honest, helpful, and genuinely want to see you walk out of their store satisfied, regardless of whether you make a purchase that day or not. Cannot recommend these guys enough.I’ll be back.

When the pandemic started I went out and bought a cheaper starter set not knowing if I would really enjoy the game or not. Over the last few months I’ve developed into a halfway decent player but had quickly out grown the set I was in. I drove THREE hours to visit this place and it was WELL worth the drive. Gary & Doug are the real deal. I had done some google research and assumed buying a ladies set was what I needed to do. The place was BUSY and Gary & Doug were still super attentive. When I got fitted they explained how the ladies set wasn’t what I needed and explained the WHY behind everything. They ended up fitting me with a men’s senior flex set instead. I had no idea that was even an option and would have walked away spending a large chunk of $ on the women’s Taylor set I had been eyeing not knowing any different. Spent time in the simulator playing with the Cobra set that was recommended and fell in love with the simplicity that I was already hitting farther than the women’s set and wasn’t losing club speed. I will gladly drive three hours again to visit this store! These guys truly want you to fall in love with the game!

Came here after a terrible experience with the Springfield MO store but these two gentlemen Gary and Doug were great and got me everything I needed at this store in Rogers! They were very educated and made the experience easy and fun! New to game, gonna go try this set out this weekend that they hooked me up with!

I've been shopping with these guys since I was brand new into golf and they have consistently been the kindest and most helpful staff of any golf store I've been to. They have a wide selection of new and used clubs and are well versed in answering any questions you may have. Definitely check this store out!

Let me preface this by stating I’m a pretty easy going person I think, and I usually don’t get to irritated with customer service interactions, well at least not enough to write a review. However, just a little something I want to get off my chest as regards to my last stop in this particular store. I went in after first calling to get some help identifying what kind of spike I needed for an old pair of golf shoes that I wanted to breathe new life into instead of just throwing them away. I needed the help as my online ordering had failed me twice. First off I called the store explained what type of shoe I had and was assured that they had everything to fit in a puma shoe. I thought cool, this should be and easy trip. So I arrived at the store which was about 40 minutes from my house to be greeted by the same clerk I spoke to on the phone. I gave him the shoes while just mentioning my story about the shoes and adding I had bought them at this very store about 4 years prior. He walks away to the rack and grabs the spikes that he says goes with the shoe with utter confidence. He grabs his tool and gets to work screwing one of them in. He got one in with much struggle, then another with the same amount of strain and I didn’t think anything of it till the spike quite clearly was not snug, and quite lopsided. Noticing my puzzled face he begins to start and tell me they aren’t holding and that I’ve gummed up the threads. I interjected that maybe they’re the wrong spike as my experience ordering them online had made me aware just how easy that mistake can be. Well he wouldn’t have that talk, he rudely told me back that it was in fact the right spike but again I had ruined the shoe. Ridiculous as I had only removed the stock pair of spikes that were on them, and nothing else. Hardly enough wear not to mention abuse that it would have taken to ruin a golf shoe thread. Anyway I didn’t say anything and continued to watch as he tried to prove his point struggling with spike after spike, or should I say ruining spike after spike. He ruined the thread on at least 7 or 8 spikes from the bag. Then he looked at me with surprising abruptness/rudeness and said “you didn’t buy these here” to which I said”yeeeah I did” to which he continued to shake his head. Very ridiculous thing to think I would lie about something like that... nevertheless he basically called me a liar and simultaneously saying I was crazy. To sum it up I left there feeling quite upset. For 1. That I was rudely treated and was called a liar, and 2. I wasn’t helped by a live clerk with apparent years of experience to get any closer to finding the right spike making my trip a huge waste of time. So I probably won’t be anxious to head back to that store, well at least not if I see that idiot clerk still working there. The only good news to the story is that I did find the right spike myself the next week by trying yet another order online. It turns out the stud on previous ones were 3mm instead of the correct 5mm stud. Something even a new clerk at a golf store would probably know. So boys and girls just remember, sometimes you have to just do it yourself. Thank you Amazon for the help in the end:)
