Unfortunately, this particular Great Clips location no longer meets the standards I’ve come to expect. Walking in, I was immediately struck by the completely empty retail shelves. It gives the impression the business is either struggling or simply no longer prioritizes customer experience. First impressions matter — and this one sent a red flag.
More concerning, however, has been the decline in the quality of service. Despite having my haircut preferences saved in their system and explaining them again at each visit, the results have consistently fallen short. While I recognize hair grows back, consistency and attention to detail should not be optional — especially with rising prices.
At one point, this was a convenient, reasonably priced option. Now, it feels like the value has eroded. With the shelves bare, the atmosphere uninspired, and the haircut quality unpredictable, I’ve made the decision to take my business elsewhere. When even basic expectations aren’t met, and the experience feels more transactional than professional, it’s time for a change.

Steph was very friendly and easy to work with! Went in for a fresh cut for my brother’s wedding and left feeling great! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable with it before leaving the chair. Conversations were friendly and light. Thanks Steph!

I enjoy coming to this Great Clips - always friendly staff. They do a great job cutting my hair - with 7 cowlicks, it can be a challenge!

Stephanie (apologies for possible misspelling) was very thorough on questions, making sure what I was saying and what I wanted was understood before doing it. It made the experience much easier. I'm also very happy with my haircut! Quick and easy, and found out it was cheaper than the place I usually go, so hey, that works! Hope to be back!
They also took good care of my partner, who came in for a trim, and she ended up even getting some facial framing as well, and that turned out really cute. I didn't catch her stylist's name, though, unfortunately.
Stylist: Stephanie (possible misspelling) was very thorough and understanding and made sure I was okay before going to the next step!

Kenny is awesome at cutting hair. She's the only reason we keep coming back. This last time she wasn't there when we came in and another lady cut my son's hair... She cut his hair too short. But overall, it still came out great.

Worst haircut I had ever had, anywhere. When she started out it was like an untrained person and didn’t know how to do it at all. Fairly simple short hairstyle, but it is choppy and very uneven. I don’t know if I should go back or try another place. They should refund or fix it I know, can’t go to work like this no doubt.

My daughter had really long hair that went down to her lower back. She asked to keep it long but to cut 4 inches off and layers. Well the Barber might need a tape measure bc she cut off 8-9 inches. My daughter's hair is now shoulder length and my teenager is having a melt down it looks OK she just cut off way to much
