My daughter had really long hair that went down to her lower back. She asked to keep it long but to cut 4 inches off and layers. Well the Barber might need a tape measure bc she cut off 8-9 inches. Excellent service. Friendly, professional staff. I have to knock one star off though for cost. I have little hair. Bald on top I am. Generally, it takes the hair stylist maybe 5 mins but I get charged for someone with Tom Cruise hair.

This place needs to retrain or have the people go back to school 2 days before wedding and lady cut one side of my head and faded it up while the other side was half way done hair on my left is longer than my right didn't find out til I washed it when I got home and tried styling it but now I have this hug cowlick on one side of my head and then more hair than the other on the opposite side. Miss Jordan is amazing. She is so kind. So funny. She is welcoming and warm. My kiddo has autism and she was gentle and patient with her! I brought my niece and nephew in the next day and she was just as amazing as the day before. Despite it being her 8th hour or so working non stop because of the back to school rush. And that’s just her personality! Her skill set is amazing as well!! My kiddo looked like a cross between Hagrid and Hermione and could barely stand me washing her hair let alone cutting it. She left the salon looking amazing and feeling amazing! I was worried because of her crazy curly hair it would be a hassle. My niece was worried they would chop off all her hair. My sis was worried they wouldn’t get my nephews favorite hair cut right. Jordan, because of her amazing sweet nature and expertise put every single one of us at ease. Even my sister, who said to me “ I think we will just be going here now” instead of a hair dresser she’s been going to for years. Everyone left happy and looking great. Been coming here for as long as it has been opened. I enjoy the online check-in but sometimes it doesn't always match the actual times it takes. Sometimes they may have six or seven stylists, other times two. Today is a two stylists day. For some reason I was 20 minutes away from my haircut, then in a blink, I am 35 minutes away.I wish the online app could let you know how many stylists are at work so you could better predict when to expect your haircut.

They waste so much time and get walk-in before the check in! I reserved online and it says wait is 60 minutes! I had to wait half an hour after that and then when I asked how much longer they said another half an hour. So waisted two hours and no haircut.

Employees are very friendly and give great haircuts, if you know what you want. Been going here 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The prices have gone up by around 30% in the past few years. I'm fine with that if that money is going directly to the employees who are making the experience great for us customers, or into the tools they use to make the job easier. The store looks fine, and I am a big fan of the online check in process.
