Was absolutely unhelpful, the representatives all gave different info, and when I went in person the representative just said it was my fault for my banking issue and she wasn't comfortable with our attitude. How is asking for like receipts and banking history.....at a bank no les, considered to be me being aggressive? What?

I received fast and friendly customer service at the Great Southern Bank in Rogers, Arkansas. I was there on December 6th, 2021 late in the afternoon.

Stupid bank. I called and they told to visit and I went within 15 minutes. When I reached there bank is closed without power in morning business hours. I tried to call the number from where I received they are not picking call as well.

Kaitlyn P. A Personal Banker has done nothing but be helpful and courteous the entire 3 years I've banked with them. She's helped me with every issue I've had and is a phenomenal woman. So thankful that she helped me today with my insurance. Really puts my mind at ease.

CONSUMERS BEWARE! Worst bank ever. I bought a cashier's check in the fall of 2015. I lost it and now they want a hundred dollar "monitoring fee" to reissue the check. I called two other banks and the manager of my last bank and none of them require this fee or have ever heard of it! They just charge you $8 to reissue the check and sign an affidavit. It's now July 2016 an I can't get my check unless I pay them this extortion fee. CONSUMERS BEWARE! Now somehow this 1 star review magically doesn't affect there overall average rating!
