“I've been at this gym for nearly a year. I've had my ups and downs throughout life, however, Jack Krupka (the owner) was always kind to me. He always listened to me. I believe this gym is for everybody. The workers are kind, understanding, and listen. Thank you for all you guys do and will continue to do through life--especially you, Jack. You're truly changing lives as your motto presents.”
“I never leave feeling like I didn't get a good workout! The coaches are awesome, and the workouts are designed to push you as hard as you want to go that day!”
“D1 Rogers has been a genuinely phenomenal experience for me. From the moment I signed up for a tryout class with Spencer over the phone to signing up for the membership with Bri after just my second tryout class. Spencer was welcoming over the phone and in person. Bri was kind and helpful and played a role in me signing up for membership. Jim is awesome and has done great in managing a truly thriving environment. Everyone one staff is friendly. The adult classes were very challenging for me in the beginning and honestly still are, but I have made improvements I don’t think I could’ve with out the encouragement from the trainers. Nate and Jackson are the trainers I have done the majority of the classes with and they do a terrific job. They have helped me correct form and challenge me and they do both in a kind and encouraging manner. If you’re looking for a place to grow in energy, endurance, strength, and even more than that in a thriving community you should try out D1.”

“Dropped in to the 530 during a work trip this week - I loved it! Super friendly staff and community - multiple people made an effort to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. The space is really nice too - the facility backs up to an open grassy field. When they open up the doors you get fresh air and probably the best view you could ask for in a Crossfit gym - no industrial park vibe here, haha!
I'll definitely come back next time I'm in NWA.”

“Just moved to Rogers, today was my first day in this location. It was very clean and the staff was nice. I'm coming from Denver and my home gym wasn't in as good a condition as the Rogers location. My only complaint is the water fountains don't dispense cold water. The water is warm and has a weird taste.”
“If you’re looking for a place where the coaches somehow convince you burpees are “fun,” Dual Cities CrossFit is it.
The staff is incredibly welcoming — the kind of people who learn your name, remember your goals, and have a sixth sense for when the math on your reps gets… creative. The coaches are top-tier: equal parts hype squad, movement nerds, and masters of well timed pep talks.
The programming is exactly what I needed: it pushes you, but it never feels like you’re being thrown into the deep end without floaties. Whether you’re brand new or secretly part cyborg, they meet you where you are — and then help you go a little further than you thought you could.
The facility is clean, well laid out, and full of toys that look mildly terrifying until you realize they actually make you stronger.
10/10 — would recommend to anyone who wants to get fitter, laugh a lot, and occasionally question their life choices (in the best way).”
