We have been customers here for years. But we have never had the displeasure of dealing with the manager Brian. Worst most unhelpful attitude ever.
Instead of taking responsibility for his stores actions for a mess up, he basically blamed us, said tough luck and go figure it out. He did not try to make it right at all. Nor was he at all apologetic or helpful in anyway.
We rearranged our whole day to secure a truck, a couple of friends, went to another store an hour away to grab the other part of it, only to show up and get told that one of his employees messed up and were not supposed to sell us something and we would have to wait a month. So therefore all the work and preparation we had done was a waste.
We called the customer service line and made sure to put in a complaint about him and how he dealt with the situation.
We will not be returning to that store unless that manager gets replaced.

I was just in the Rogers Harbor Freight and could not be more displeased with the "customer service." I was there to buy a floor jack and I had grabbed the wrong one on the floor so I said I would take it back and get the right one (my mistake, my fix). The cashier said he would page someone to do the swap for me since they're kinda heavy. The manager comes over and takes the one I had originally grabbed. A minute later he peeks around an aisle to call me over to see where the extra stock of jacks were then says "you can use the dolly if you want." I picked the jack up and walked my happy a$$ to the counter with it in hand. when I set it down next to the counter. The opposite cashier said he could get me over there. Some unprofessional words were expressed by both sides and I stayed at the cashier I was originally dealing with. He was great, I wish I had gotten his name..or any names.

Alot of their products are great and the staff is usually awesome. I was in last Friday morning around 9 am and witnessed a short shaved head manager giving a customer a hard time about warranty on a Bauer electric ratchet. Your company compares price to snap on tools regularly. The tool in question was in two pieces. Clearly a mechanical failure and major design flaws. I bet the snap on dealer wouldn't have said that was not a non warranty situation. He also would not have said that it was not warranty because he was the manager and that was the reason the warranty did not apply. When I witnessed this I put down the items I planned to purchase and left. Not a good way to do buisness and horrible customer service especially when the customer had purchased your extended warranty plan. Very disappointed x customer.

My issue is how they display their sale prices. If you show 19.99 on something we shouldn't have to read the fine print that it's for members. Have the regular price and then below it membership. Twice I went up there thinking that was the price to only be told I would have to pay for a membership to get that price.
