Hatsan has always treated me well. I own many of their products. They have always sent the parts I ordered. Great service. Don't listen to the bad service reviews. I have always been contacted by them within a few days for all my part needs.

I bought a blitz about a year ago and started having cycling issues and when cleaning it I found a small crack in the receiver they were a little slow at emailing me back but they sent me a new one with no issues will definitely be buying more stuff
