Pretty disappointed with this store. Went in to go buy a mattress. Was fully planning to do so. Had several employees walk by with no acknowledgment of our existence. At one point they walked between my husband and I and straight to another couple standing directly beside us. Then asked if they needed help even though they had just been helped by another worker. Very poor service and felt some prejudice towards us.

From start to finish, working with the Haverty’s team was a joy! The designer and the sales team worked with us on every detail of the rooms we were furnishing. They listened and understood exactly what our priorities were, and they came through on every one. Excellent team, superb customer service, top quality products. Well pleased with my purchases from Haverty’s. Sales Consultant, Hervie, showed us options in distressed leather & made recommendations for alternate wall hugger recliners in beautiful leather. It all came together perfectly with my daughter-in-law’s & son’s recommendations. Think I will be well pleased with my purchases!!

Extremely disappointed! 👎
We purchased this couch from Havertys two years ago based on the strong claims of durability — the sales rep told us the same model had been on their showroom floor for six years and still looked like new. That sold us, and we spent over $3,000 expecting long-lasting quality.
Since then, the seat cushions have collapsed twice and were replaced, but even the replacements — supposedly filled with their “highest density foam” — are already failing again. Now every cushion, including the back cushions, are sagging and collapsing when you sit on them.
It’s frustrating to see this level of wear so quickly, especially at this price point. Honestly, we could’ve paid $1,000 at Ashley’s and likely ended up with a better couch. Havertys’ quality simply doesn’t match what their sales team promises.
