They're always going above and beyond. They held a baseball cleat for me when i couldn't get my hands on any online or in our area (1hr away..) in a timely fashion. Always go here first.

This was probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life thus far. It's not even that the employees "said" anything rude. It was their overall demeanor and unfriendliness from start to finish. I felt like I was annoying them just by being inside the store. I didn't even ask any questions or bother them at all, but simply checking out was so awkward when you don't receive any smile, no small talk, no question if I found everything I was shopping for, nothing. Just silence and blank stares. I have no problem with my products from there (hence the 2 stars) but the vibe going on in this particular location will 100% prevent me from purchasing anything from Hibbett in the future. That's how obviously negative the energy was! I get that retail employees are often overworked and underpaid, but this was on another level of uncomfortable.

HORRIBLE customer service. The workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. The times my family has shopped there, we have to continuously look for help, but when a family of another race walks in, the entire crew speaks and offers to help them! We felt VERY unwelcome, and we will NEVER spend our money there.
