I think the store is awesome, but the prices are higher than anywhere else. Thr good news, if you need it, they have it! Just don't expect a bargain

Everyone comes to the sign where it says refunds and returns to buy stuff long long lines. When I have a return and have 5 people ahead of me buying stuff. They need to be clear on what those lanes are when you’re wanting to go in solely for a return.

They have a manger standing at the door when there are 40 people lined up at two checkouts.
It is never a quick in and out don't stop in during your lunch or expect anything quick.

I'm genuinely surprised to see positive reviews for this store. My experience was far from welcoming—it felt like the unprofessional attitude started at the management level and trickled down to most of the staff. The managers and assistant managers we interacted with were rude and unprofessional, leaving a lasting negative impression. Many staff members seemed unhappy, which I suspect stems from working under such poor leadership. While there were a few exceptions, this is definitely not a store I plan to visit again. I’d rather shop online or elsewhere where I’m not made to feel like an inconvenience.

Walked in at noon on 25 Nov and the lines were awful. Unfortunately to return items you have to sit in the same line as customers purchasing items as there is no separate customer service like all the other stores around and you can’t just go to the front of the line. You have to wait with all the other customers buying stuff.
This is the last time I purchase anything from Hobby Sloppy! Should have just stuck to Amazon who make their returns so easy that there is no wait time.

cashiers are always super sweet, however management is something else. Always a hassle whenever they mess up on their end and overcharge you. Management thinks we have endless free time to just return and make a long line. I spoke to someone over the phone and they said to just bring in my receipt, once I get there they said they don’t do that and that I will have to bring everything back and check their cameras, to get my money back. This is absurd. They need to do better.

9:45 AM on a Saturday in the early holiday season. 1 register open. 40 people waiting in line. 15 associates on the floor refusing to open more registers. Pathetic.

They have absolutely anything you could possibly want, especially for gift giving or decorating the home. Holiday gets picked over quickly & sometimes not enough cashiers but I could literally spend half a day in here.

We were there today around 530pm. The manager on duty at the front was dressed super sloppy, and was very rude to the cashier, & non-smiley. Come to think of it, the cashier wasn't smiling either. I guess I wouldn't be either with that management.

Get some self checkouts. I waited 15 minutes to buy 1 item. Even for a cashier line it is was incredibly slow

Stuff everywhere. Hard to get around especially in a wheelchair. Sick of hearing oh it's truck day.
