I usually love Hollister, but the customer service in this one is the worst. The workers are rude even if you approach them kindly. They get annoyed if you ask for a dressing room or ask for a different size. I would rather drive to Fayetteville than come to this one. Honestly don’t work in customer service if you hate people!

Hollister isn’t really my favorite store, but my kids enjoy shopping there and always find clothes they like. The styles suit them well, and the customer service has been consistently good. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience for them, which makes it worth the visit.

This location was uncomfortably hot. Trying on clothes in a 90-degree room is not ideal. The line for the dressing rooms was incredibly long, and after waiting for 30 minutes, I finally got in. However, the rooms were so small that a toddler would struggle to fit in. The room was crazy dark, which seems odd for looking at clothes…Additionally, one of the rooms was closed off with an oddly aggressive note. Checkout also took forever as the employees chatted with each other and kept stopping to yell at each other.

Line for dressing rooms was very long. Store was super hot with the temperature outside in the 70s. Customer service not great. I walked up to the check out and the employees continued to have a side conversation while occasionally looking up at me then proceeded to say “I’ll deal with her while you do this.” Unfortunate that the customer service was like this when the clothing options were cute!

Ended up finding a few items here that I liked and the prices are decent. Overall the atmosphere is cool but does make it slightly more difficult to actually see the clothes you're looking at. Also, $10 off for signing up for a rewards account is pretty nice.

going to this Hollister was an amazing experience! They had great customer service and amazing products. I love their pajama pants and their tee shirts because of how soft they are. I'm so glad there is a location in Bentonville.
