I'm not the most socially competent person, but the tax specialist they assigned to me was quite patient and kind even after I gave her the wrong information. If you happen to go to this particular H&R block, I would recommend asking for Joanna.

I have been with the same agent for 5 years and she is excellent, I always recommend her to family and friends. I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block since 2000 and they have always been trustworthy in every stated that I have lived in the US.
