The store was stocked very well, loved the selection. The 3 stars is all due to customer service. No greeting when we entered the store, rude employee at the cutting counter and rude employee at checkout.

Went in to pick up some fabric and did my best with the limited supply the store offered. When it came to getting the fabric that I needed cut as two associates didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. The associate grabbed the fabric and started to cut 1 yard before I stopped her and asked for five. I got no apology for not asking for the correct yardage. The two associates continued to chatter and not having any kind of engagement with me. I continued to the front where the associate checking us out asked only two questions my phone number and do I want a receipt. I was very disappointed in my experience at Joann fabric. I felt that no one even wanted me there.
