Excellent service for the whole family in terms of hair and eyebrow care, cut, color and hairstyle according to your needs. The stylists ask you before any procedure and advise you how to take care of your style at home. Something never experienced in a Latin beauty salon.

I had an appointment at 5, I called over the phone and asked if they had anything open, they said is 5 pm ok? I said sure , I showed up at 5:02 and waited to be attended and spent one hour plus waiting, she let 5:30 people go first? Like how does that work ? That’s a joke. Definitely not going back was my to go place now it ain’t.

I was told about this shop by a Hispanic buddy. The only woman who can speak English wasn't working, so I had my Hispanic supervisor call and make my appointment. I Googled "zero fade mens haircut", pointed at about 6 pictures and the lady did an amazing job. I plan to go back until she retires. Lol.Seriously, they cater to the Hispanic community but will bend over backwards to make you happy no matter who you are. They treated me with huge respect and didn't seem to mind the language barrierService: Haircut

Really good. But they exaggerate with the covid regualtions not about sanitizing. About appointments they need to be more flexible and think in peolpe dont have the time for make appointment and they need walk in. Trust me dont take more in 20 minutes do hair cut. They prefer sit waiting for the person and try do some work in between appointments

--- Since Google doesn't show bad reviews I don't even know if people will see this ---I've been coming here for years and wish I could say better especially when the stylist turns out to be the owner. I made an appointment to get a haircut with someone at the salon at 9:30, so I show up early just in case. A few mins pass by and the stylist is late. I don't mind waiting, but as soon as she shows up and I walk in with her another lady comes in after me. She tells me the lady behind me is going to get her hair colored first. I tell her I have the appointment set up but she insists on doing the lady's hair first. This was when I should've walked out and went elsewhere but I was desperate and needed a haircut. It's not until 10:45 when she finally called me to go sit at the chair to finally do my hair. My cut took about 15 minutes to do. I made an appointment, but instead she took in someone that didn't have one and asked me to wait. Instead of having the lady with no appointment wait a few minutes while I had to wait over an hour. I'm surprised she wasn't on the phone talking the entire time she was cutting my hair like she always is, although she was constantly texting. So with that said I wouldn't even bother making an appointment as she "doesn't" take appointments. Please look elsewhere for your hair!

The owner is always around 30+ minutes late even though she’s the one that makes your appointment for 9:30 am. She’ll end up showing up at around 10:20 or so. She’ll attend other people first when you have an appointment and you walk in first. Not to mention that she’s ALWAYS on her phone texting and making calls while she’s supposed to be working on her clients. You’ll hear her phone ring over and over again and she’ll stop what she’s doing each time just to start texting. Haircut always ends up being way too short and a waste of $12+. I’ve been to other salons and this is so far the worst I’ve been to and that’s from experience. I’ve been going here for about 5 years or more. I don’t know why I bother going back but I’ve reached my limit with this place. Take your money somewhere else PLEASE!!
