Needed help with installing a towing package. Cody in parts directed us to Lane in service. Service department worked us into the schedule so we could get on the road. We were able to travel within 2 hours. Complimentary fresh popcorn, coffee and filtered water provided. Laptop/electronics work counter, tables and chairs with TV while you wait. Thankful for the help. Love the front window artwork! WPS!!

Beware: Was gonna sell my car here after initial online appraisal. Drove there waited for an hour and got told something completely different. This place will change the offer anyway they can to low-ball you on your car.

my prius dashboard lights came on. ANS and Brakelight. I call the they gave me an option of getting a call back. That never happened. I called again and got a person who said they would look at it. I pulled into the service bay. A guy gave me a ticket and I ask where to go and all he said was through those doors. I walked in and sat down. after all most an hour I asked if they were going to call my number. They desk guy said no that's not what they do. He took my ticket with the number and said he would be right with me so i sat right behind his desk. Twenty minutes later I went back to his desk and he looked surprised picked up the ticket and asked if I had an appointment. I explained my situation and he said it would be several hours before they could get to me. They should have asked me that first. Then I said I couldn't do that and he said they would bring me my car. I walked out to the service bay and my car was sitting out in the parking lot with the flashers on the windows open and my keys on the dash.Anyone could have driven away in it. I just left. Piss Poor customer service. No communication. I will never go back.

I am buying a new vehicle for the first time in 19 years! After doing my research, gathering information, and seeking vehicles I like, I made a plan to visit dealerships in the region in hopes of securing the best deal. Which is what we all do! Try to find the best deal, right? This is something we (you and I) should be able to do with dignity and grace. But not at Landers Toyota NWA. I stopped by Landers on Friday, September 22. While I recognize that this dealership may be having a great year and sales are high- that is no reason to be jerks and treat customers the way I was treated on Friday. During a test drive, the salesperson was on their phone and it was silent! No small talk. I would ask a question, get an answer and that was it. I know we're not becoming friends- but it was uncomfortable. I was nervous about the process and was getting nothing from the human working with me. Then we sit down and it did not get much better. Like I was the problem- when in fact it is your customer care. As I was taking down notes- which included that there was no way, no how there would be a sale under sticker price, your salesperson got up and walked away. Didn't thank me, offer me a card, nor did this person bother to get my information. Not my cell, not my email, nothing. Just go up and walked away. I was in a bit of shock. Again, if you are doing great- fine! But you don't have to treat people with such disrespect. This post-pandemic sales era won't last forever. But the way I felt after leaving Landers will. And not only would I never return, but I will, as everyone does, share this experience with anyone who asks. I hit up Jim Norton in Tulsa the next day and I have a deposit down on a truck- mainly because they were kind and let the process that we all understand happens at a dealership happen with respect.

I put a $1,000 deposit on a used vehicle that had been for sale for over two months. While awaiting the paperwork to be delivered via FedEx, I decided to not purchase this vehicle. I requested a refund and it was denied. Landers sold the same care within two days. I requested a refund again, since they were made whole and not negatively affected by my decision, and they still refused even a partial refund, which I had proposed.They made an extra $1,000 off of my deposit and sold the car. To me this felt like an unreasonable action by Landers NWA and a hard line by Manager Sean Chase. Buyers beware.
