“Mr and Mrs. Kim are great. I went there initially for tailoring and ended up dropping all my dry cleaning there. Unfortunately they retired and sold the business to Capt Keith’s. Tailoring is now by appointment only and I’m not sure I’ll be going back. I liked their small operation but now it feels like the pricing will most likely change too. I left 5 stars as a review of the old place but going forward I’m not sure what the service will be like.”

“The place is always clean and well stocked. Pretty decent prices on the washers and dryers. Definitely cheaper then some of the Laundromats I've been to where they're wanting to charge $13+ just to do a load of laundry (they included laundry soap, but, I still don't see the justification in charging that amount just to do a load of laundry when most places are charging $5-$6 between the washer and dryer). So, kuddos to this place for keeping the place clean and the prices decent.”

“The Managers are so wonderful and helpful. I had an issue with a machine and they showed up immediately and fix it. Thank you! I go every other month and I love it there. It’s very clean and pleasant. Great place to do your laundry and I highly recommend it. Thank you! 😊”

“I've gone to this laundromat 2x to wash my king comforter. The washers and dryers that I used were in excellent working order although they are old models, they got the job done. I forgot my Gain liquid detergent this time and had to purchase 2 small boxes of Tide powdered detergent there, price was okay but I don't like powdered detergent, I'll remember to bring my Gain liquid detergent next time. My comforter was clean the first time I came, I brought my Gain liquid detergent but 2nd time I forgot, Gain liquid detergent is the best. I bought 2 small boxes of Tide powdered and it didn't clean well. The attendant/owner assisted me in operating the appliances and helped me fold my king comforter and we chatted and laughed about various topics. I looked in the women restroom both times I was there and to my surprise it was clean; I even used it. The facilty itself was very clean, I even complimented the owner for such a clean laundry facilty and bathroom. I will return and bring my own Gain liquid detergent. On my first visit I did have problems locating the washer and dryer operating instructions but they are there on the washers and dryers. I will return again.”

“e had the pleasure of working with Tommi from HKS Laundry during a time of urgent need, and the experience exceeded all expectations. After reaching out to several local laundromats for commercial support, Tommi was the only one who immediately stepped up—without hesitation and without even seeing the full scope of the workload, which was significant. She personally coordinated pickup, handled a large volume of laundry, and delivered everything back to us within an impressive three-hour turnaround. In a high-volume operation like ours, the ability to maintain continuity without any operational disruption is invaluable—and that’s exactly what Tommi and her team provided. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to jump in when it mattered most truly set them apart. We are incredibly grateful for their support and will absolutely be using HKS Laundry again in the future. Highly recommend.”
