Under new ownership, prices have gone up while quality, service, and reliability have gone down. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for alterations services. I haven’t been pleased with anything I have picked up since management switch.

We got a wedding dress and suit pants hemmed and fitted here, super friendly staff and they did an amazing job! We'd happily come again!

My alterations were ready quicker than expected. When I picked up my items, everything looked great and fit perfectly! I just had one more request which they happily complied and I’ll be picking them up again soon ?

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!The lady that took my daughter’s jeans in to be hemmed quoted me $16. When we picked up the jeans (a month later) the owner charged me $24.85. When I explained the employee quoted me $16 she said “she doesn’t care I’m the owner” very rudely. They also wrote the drop off date wrong on the ticket which delayed the pick up day by 4 days. I remembered I dropped off the pants on April 15th, and they wrote April 19th. They promised me it would be done in 3weeks. After the 3 weeks they said it takes 3 and a half weeks. I went there a 2nd time when I got the phone call from them. Today I finally picked them up after almost 30 days and it took 10 min to finally find the pants after I got there. The owner didn't apologize, and is an extremely unprofessional business owner. Don't waste your time and money at this shop.

I took my daughter's prom dress in to have it hemmed. They only hemmed the lining, and did not hem either of the two top layers. Hemming was the only thing I asked for, although they raised it up at the shoulders which was impressive. We tried to pick it up 48 hours before prom because they hadn't even started it, and they told us they would do it the next day. We picked it up 40 minutes before they closed barely 24 hours before prom and realized it wasn't finished when we got home. I paid more for the alterations than I did for the dress, and will be looking for a new seamstress for next time. Don't wasted your money.

Took a couple pair of motorcycle jeans in to have the armor pockets adjusted to fit me better and they did an amazing job, turned a ruined purchase into something that i'll keep until destroyed.

They have been late multiple times with no communication, overcharge, and do the bare minimum and the quality is not there. It’s just not worth it.

They once completely took apart a suit jacket and put it back together in my size. FLAWLESSLY. Have your yellow ticket, tho, or all your stuff will become theirs.

Absolutely botched my wedding dress. My dress was ordered too large I took it here and they said they can fix it. Ended up with uneven seams all over my dress not even looking like the dress I picked out originally. Cried every time I had to put it on because it was so awful. I took it to a different place to fix it and they told me that my dress integrity was destroyed here because it was so poorly done. SO MUCH STRESS for right before my wedding just avoid wedding alterations here.

The absolute best tailor in this area! Been going here for years and they have always gotten my stuff perfect, which is impressive considering how fast they get you in and out for sizing. Pickup time is usually around 2-3 weeks but you can pay extra to have it done quicker which is always worth it to me. Highly recommend!

Brought in two dresses and both turned out great! Minus one star because the man that answers the phone can come off as rude and inconvenienced by you. Everyone else was nice!

Came here on recommendations from my husband and other family members. My appointment this morning for my wedding dress alteration was very fast and efficient. I'm excited to see the final results in 6 weeks. ?? Other patrons were extremely complimentary of my dress, too, so I left even more elated. Haha.
