The app is cool, and you get good deals. You get $10 off of $50 purchase just for signing up, so we got that on top of a deal where if you spend $50 on DIY items, you get $5 off. We only spent $45 for everything, which was cool. I will say the employees at this location aren't very nice (especially compared to the close by Home Depot!!). They probably won't do any free cuts for you to fit wood in your car (we needed 2 2x4s cut in half so 2 cuts)..the guy seemed a little dishonest when he said the "nah the saw is broken". And some other reviewers said the same 😂 oh well

This is one of the worst stores to deliver to for flatbed lumber and related deliveries as well as dry van deliveries.

Very bad experience. I placed an order online, I received messages that my order was ready for pick up, if I didn't pick it up they were going to cancel it. I went to the store and they didn't have my order ready, they made me wait for more than an hour. The associates are not friendly, it seems like they hate you because you go to buy.

I ordered windows through them, and they completely botched the whole thing.
They were supposed to deliver windows on a Friday. Never came. I didn't receive a phone call or anything until Sunday night saying my delivery is scheduled for tomorrow between 8 and 12. At 1230 on Monday, I get a call saying delivery will now be between 230pm and 630pm. I get a call at 4 pm from the driver who says he is 15 minutes out. Then he never shows up. I called him 4 times over the next hour with no answer. So the next day I call the 3rd party delivery company. They say the driver said he showed up and no one was home. So I say ok can you deliver tomorrow. He says it's not up to him that I have to call lowes. So I call lowes 3 times. Each time the customer service team answers. I told them my problem and they transferred me to the delivery department, who never answered and I got hung up on after about 4 minutes of ringing. I cal the 4th time and ask them not to transfer me but to try to get someone physically. Someone get on the phone and say they will have to take my name and phone number and call me back later when they aren't busy. Still have heard back after an hour.
Secondly, the Install team had to push my Install due to cold weather, which I understand. Instead of scheduling me at the end of the week when the weather gets better, they push me 3 weeks out.
And finally, let's back up to the original ordering. I ordered the windows, which was a pleasant interaction with lowes' Windows person. He says windows should be 4 to 6 weeks. It's now been 12 weeks and 3 different calls from lowes saying my order hasn't come in but should be here soon.
To be clear I know this is not the lowes staff causing these issues. They work hard and deserve better. This is corporate cutting labor to an absolute minimum and hire the cheapest 3rd party delivery companies they can and then not holding them accountable.
I haven't ever had the installation yet, and I'm writing this review because it could be a perfect install, and they still deserve 1 star. Don't go to lowes for Windows. It's not worth the head aches. It is better to hire an actual install company yourself or go right through pella.

Watch your prices when u look at there. App it says one thing then when u ask them they want to argue with you. Sara is the rudest person I have dealt with at Lowe’s. I will never shop at the Rogers Arkansas location again.

Terrible. A horrible experience in EVERY way! No help. Delivery was not finished and were unprepared and unprofessional had no equipment and I had to pay for a service I had to do and also buy more parts that required another trip and more money absolutely awful do not use them. anywhere else is better

The staff here just isn’t great overall. IF you can find someone to answer a question they don’t seem to be able to help. If the paint counter is manned, there is usually an older gentleman who works it and he is incredibly condescending. As a new home owner there are a few things I’m getting the hang of and I didn’t think someone could make me feel so stupid over paint, sorry I was unsure what finish I needed… I’d be inclined to drive to Branson to go to Menards or head to Home Depot.

The Lowe’s in Rogers new staff sucks. They’re very unprofessional very disorganized and there are nothing like they used to be very disappointed in those a hole, especially in the store. I live exactly 4 blocks or less from the slow and I despise going into it because it takes me longer in that store than it doesn’t need the store. Their managers are very unprofessional. Situation normal!! Only self checkout available, but 3-4 employees standing around at the self checkout, watching you struggle to get through the processes that require associate intervention!

Never come here again to buy appliances! The washing machine I bought was delivered and no one installed it! The installer was very rude. After dismantling my washing machine, he told me that the new washing machine could not be installed, and he ran away without communicating with us! Yes! Is a quick run away! This caused my old washing machine to stop working! And what causes the pipes to drain is everywhere. I had to pay a $100 bucks to an outside installer to take care of the problem! I have been calling customer service for almost 2 hours and no one has solved my problem! I went back to their store to talk to the staff and it didn't solve my problem! They asked me to talk to the manager Sara.but Sara said she couldn't solve the problem either! Turn me around and give me some disconnected phone number! This is so bad!! So far my problem has not been solved!

We went in the store this weekend in search of a painting product. We walked the store 3 times before we even found an employee. When we asked the employee, he said that's special order and walked off. No offer of another product that would help get the job done or where another product like it would be located. So frustrating. Ended up walking out empty handed.

If you’d like a cart for construction materials, make sure you walk all the way to the middle of the parking lot and pull one from there.
As far as service help, the worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. Constantly under staffed and frankly, the workers at checkout are rude.
To each their own, this is just my review.
