Looked online said they had a product I was interested in and tried calling them to make sure they had it Noone would answer the phone ...so went ahead and purchased the item then overnight they emailed me that it wasn't available....what if drove 100 miles to purchase this item. Needs better management...if it shows online u have u ought to have it in stock....besides I gotta wait on refund to get applied back to my card now ....so lowes beware if u buy something online it could not be available in the store

We were loyal Lowe’s customers and even have a Lowe’s credit card. This last experience has left us no choice but to cancel our card and start going elsewhere. We went to go buy more flooring for our home, only to find out the Fayetteville Zion location was out and apparently wouldn’t get anymore. The associate told us to go to the Rogers location and they would have 26 boxes. We go to the Rogers location and they have none and tell us that this flooring will be discontinued. We’re dumbfounded truly, so we start looking at other locations. We call Fort Smith, it takes probably five tries to get a hold of someone and we have to actually page electronics and have them get us to flooring. Fort Smith has some and we have to order online. We place our order and then order what we need left through Lowe’s online. NOW it has been 6 days since we ordered and we’re being told they can only get us 14 boxes instead of the 21. We NEED 21 boxes which is why we ordered 21. Now Roger’s Lowe’s is telling us we’re the idiots for buying a clearance item. We started our floors in 2020, not one person told us they rotate flooring every three years and by the time we got to our last few rooms now this is apparently clearanced — that aside, all of the locations mentioned showed more inventory than what the stores actually have, why would we be worried? We thought the stores in our area had more than enough, but with the inventory completely messed up and somehow us to blame we may be screwed on our home project. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars exclusively renovating our homes using Lowe’s and we will no longer be doing so, nor will we recommend anyone else does. This has been a horrible experience with us left wondering why we are being blamed when the orders were able to go through as placed only to be told later “nope”. I’m sure Lowe’s doesn’t care about a couple of people no longer patronizing their stores but maybe this review helps someone else. We sure will be spreading the news to every single person we know.

So I am trying to build a bed, for camping purposes, in the back of my SUV. I have heard from many people, both people that I know and people on YouTube, that both Lowe's and Home Depot will cut your lumber for you. I inquired at the Pro lumber area about getting someone to help me. She asked Aaron to do it, and said he'd be happy to help me. Well, no, Aaron was not happy to help me. He was sullen and seemed very put out that I needed help. He wanted no part in helping me decide between 19/32" plywood vs 3/4". Then, after I decided to get 3/4"", when I started telling him what size sections I was going to need, he snarkily said, "That sounds like a project and we're not allowed to help with projects" I said that I had been told, by people who have had lumber cut, that they would help, to which he said, "I'm sorry, you're misinformed." Wouldn't anyone needing lumber cut be working on a project of some kind??? Then he walked off. He was sullen and had an attitude during our entire interaction. Even if that is their policy, he didn't need to be completely rude. There are much nicer ways to say no. Hello, Home Depot!

Don't come here if you need any kind of help. After going to the register (the only place where an employee was) she called for assistance on the speaker to my aisle. After waiting for 10 minutes as multiple employees walked past my aisle I gave up and ended up using a stick to pull the plastic bin lids from the 4th shelf up. I would've gone to Home Depot out of frustration expect I had a gift card. Hire competent help.

8:38am Sunday. Worst associate at the customer service desk. Rude and unwilling to help. There is no situation that exists where there is not a work around for "the system won't let me".

The worst Lowe's store in N. W. Arkansas! I looked up an item on the Lowe's app. The item was shown to be available at the Rogers location. Upon arrival at the Rogers location, I asked an employee where to find the item. I was directed to the opposite end of the store, and the item wasn't located there. So, I had to find another employee to ask once again where to find the item. I was directed halfway back across the store, and still no item there. I then went to the service counter at the contractor's entrance just to be told that the item is an online only item. So I once again look for the item on the app. The item also showed available at the Bentonville store. I then went to the service counter at the main entrance, where I asked if the employee there could verify that the item was indeed available at the Bentonville store. The employee looked up the item and stated that the item wasn't even on the master list, which is for all the local stores. So I decided to go to the Bentonville store where I was greeted upon entering the store. I was asked if I needed help finding anything. I was told where I could find the non-existent item, according to the Rogers employee. I should also mention that I wasn't so much acknowledged by a single employee at the Rogers store, except when I approached the employees, and then only after saying excuse me. This, in my opinion, is a management issue. Shame on you, Rogers employees! Kudos to the employees at the Bentonville store!

They have trouble keeping things stocked on the shelves (especially lumber) where I always have to track someone down to go on a wild goose chase and try to find what I’m looking for. Also have issues keeping an accurate inventory count. Both issues waste my time.

Well I went in looking for some trees. Didn't have a very big selection, and of course nothing I was looking for. The garden center looked a little bear for the time of year. The selection was pretty short. So all in all not a great review

There was a lot of “stuff” in aisles placed like a maze through the store, which sometimes can not be helped, but a bit frustrating all the same.Staff was extremely willing to help and helpful with suggestions and ideas for project solutions we needed when we did get assistance.

Went in looking for a brush that attaches to a power drill to clean my carpet. I asked one guy and he said ummm I don't know if we have any. He told me to look down 3 different rows! I went to go look and ran into someone else that worked there I was told ummmmm it might be in the tile area. Okay then turn cart around looking and wouldn't you know not there. I was told by one guy to look on Amazon! Finally the reason Lowe's got any stars is because I ran into one other employee and he got on his phone looked up what I needed, he walked me to it handed it to me and said have a great day. He was wonderful. So was the lady at self checkout. Just make sure you tell your people to look up what customer's are asking for and don't tell customers to go to Amazon!
