I visited the store this afternoon to buy a pair of cropped pants for my wife. The assistant told me they didn’t have her size, which was fine. I then asked if they had the regular-length version, which I had seen in-store just last week. She told me Lululemon only makes the cropped version. I mentioned that I had seen both styles before, and only then did she clarify that they only carry the cropped style in-store, and the regular ones are only available online.
The interaction felt dismissive and a bit unprofessional. I expected more product knowledge and better communication from a brand like Lululemon.

Really love the purse, options and crossover bags. Lots of selection on different types of pants. I recommend the compression pants easy to locate with parking in front of the Lululemon store.

I had a great experience here! I was desperate to find a new sports bra. My old one failed to zip when I was getting ready to go for a run. I had looked in every store in Rogers that I could think of, but was disappointed at every store. I decided to try Lululemon as one last ditch effort and was pleasantly surprised and honestly ecstatic by the time I left.
As the day went on I was feeling as if it were hopeless, but I walked in and was helped immediately and found a new high impact sports bra with the proper support in less than 20 minutes which is virtually unheard of for my breast size. Everyone in the store was really nice and helpful as well. I was received warmly by the associate who helped me pick out the bra, then while I’m the dressing room I needed assistance snapping the back and the girl there was so sweet and eager to help. She also didn’t judge me while I jogged right in front of her to test the support, and the gal checking me out was really nice and we joked around a little while checking out.
I’ll definitely be back! Honestly, this wasn’t the experience I was expecting and I was completely and thankfully wrong! You all saved the day!

Very friendly staff. Very helpful! Loved my experience here. Went in to buy one pair of shorts for an extra day of workouts while visiting in the area and came out with two shorts and a tank top thanks to Josh and all of his help! Thank you guys!

Everyone in the store was super sweet and helpful up until we got to the register, a heavier set blonde with grown out roots (didnt get a name) was super irritated and annoyed &very unfriendly to us.

Since when can a 17 year old not make an exchange? You mean to tell me I have to accompany my daughter to return your overpriced leggings? I don’t know if your employee was simply lying or your management was dropped in their head as a baby but this is ridiculous. Items new with tag can’t returned by minors. You’ll damn sure take their money though won’t you?
