The workers at the Mac counters are always very nice. But Mac has drastically changed the MAC total finish powder. It doesn't last on your face any length of time it is very flaky and there is less and less in the case BUT of course it cost more and more. I have been a happy customer since 2000 and yet I will not longer be spending hundreds of dollars each year like I have in the past. I very much wish that they had not changed the Total Finish powder. I will take my business somewhere else.

I will not be returning to this specific Dillard’s. I was in the store today an hour before closing and had negative experiences with two different employees, and witnessed unacceptable customer service from a sales associate towards another customer, the overall tone of the store was completely rude. I would be happy to discuss either incident with a manager or corporate representative if they’d like to reach out to me directly.

I must say I am disappointed in this store. I went in to look for winter coats hoping to find prices reduced at end of January. And was pleased that they were. Several racks were signed with 65% off and some with 30% off. I found a couple of Micheal Kors coats on two different 65% off racks. One had been ticketed, but the other hadn’t. I did the math and realized I could get both as well as something else. I found a North Face jacket on a 30% off rack that would make my purch

Great service! I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me and my son find a suit tonight. My son is difficult to fit , and he didn’t stop until he found one at the Fayetteville store . If you need a suit go see them. They always find the perfect suit for us .
