Haven't been in a while, finally went today. Still like last time: two people at the registers with a line of customers. Phone rang multiple times homegoods lady in an apron ignored it and went on about her day until she got paged for the department. I'm assuming the two main girls at the register were new since one wasn't trained on how to do something (which held up the line).
My question is... Where are the managers? Where's the structure? Why are the managers hiding when your newer employees need help? I'm sure y'all were paged to come up front. Why did it take 15 minutes? At least Tj Maxx has it together for the most part. Why can't y'all?

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at both HomeGoods and Marshalls, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The store had a fantastic selection of high-quality products, ranging from home decor to clothing, all at unbeatable prices. The layout was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that I had a pleasant shopping experience. I was able to find unique items that perfectly suited my needs.
Overall, I recommend HomeGoods and Marshalls for anyone looking for great deals on a wide variety of products. I'll definitely be returning for future shopping trips!

It’s truly sad that you can spend hundreds of dollars or thousands of dollars at a store and due to their own mistakes just because you don’t have the receipt on you which I just had baby Twins four months ago so the baby outfit that is nine months I was not paying attention to the security tag that’s black being on the black clothing Due to the employees mistake not mine pretty pitiful that when you take it in to get the security tag off they want to say next time they won’t do that because they don’t know that if I purchase there or not, totally ridiculous will not be giving my service to Marshalls anymore. And you can’t say somebody stole something that they walked into the store with good Lord.

If you buy something Do not wash it. Marshall’s will not let you return it. Company policy. I bought a white bath room rug, washed it and it fell apart. The store manager said” if you wash it, can’t return it. I will not shop in Marshall again

I purchased a rolling suitcase on 10/20/24 after standing in a checkout line that was stretched all the way to the back of the store. Super frustrating when you see employees just standing around instead of hoping on a register to get the line moving faster (12 registers and 4 open). The next part is my fault, I did not realize that it was 24 inches, and a carry on can be at max 22 inches. This prompted me to return on today 10/22/24. I walked in and stood in the line, again seeing multiple employees standing around while only 3 registers were open. Waited 30 minutes to attempt my return. I did not have my receipt, the tag that was on the suitcase was on the security tag and not the actual bag (which I told this to them). The male manager that came over I felt like was accusing me of stealing. I told him he was more than welcome to roll back the cameras to see me purchasing it on Sunday. I said you have the same suitcase back there on your shelf. He reluctantly said he would check. He then had the audacity to tell me that I needed to leave tags on and keep my receipt if I planned to return items. This store was a great place to shop about a year ago, but my last three experiences in this store were far below sub par. When the return was finished I went back to the suitcase area where the same male manager was speaking with another manager. They had some sort of exchange about candy where the woman manager said “I need something to suck on,” and which the male manager replied “so you like me now I guess.” Very inappropriate conversation to be having on the sales floor. I will not be visiting this store again for awhile, hopefully they’ll get their act together.

I have never written a negative review before, but this used to be one of my favorite stores and my last visit was very disappointing. I came in here to get a new lamp on Saturday 10/12, and my boyfriend and I were browsing. A staff member dropped something on the floor and it made a loud noise. I have PTSD and loud noises really startle me. I was shaken upon hearing it and quietly said to my boyfriend “that was loud,” not meaning anything by it or trying to blame anyone, just quietly expressing my shock to my boyfriend. The girl working took it personally and snarkily and loudly called out to me “I didn’t like it either!” I left shortly after. I was purely just shocked by a loud noise, I didn’t even realize it was a staff member who had dropped something at first. I realize Saturdays are busy and stressful for customer service workers, but save the attitude for someone who’s actually bothering you.

CLEAN YOUR CART HANDLES PEOPLE COVID IS BACK. And honestly shop at At Home instead it’s way better quality and the warehouse is bigger.

Don’t bother going over the weekend. Checkout line wrapped all the way back to the children’s section at the back of the store
