This is the BIGGEST SCAM!! Let's put together a class act lawsuit as they are collecting our money monthly with NO monthly service provided & you cannot cancel. Every time you call they are booked & the app is booked for 2 months out too so you can't get a future appt. I've tried cancelling my membership & a manager will never return my call. Who is actually getting massages....BUELLER????

I’ve seen many of the same complaints about this place pertaining to the membership and how it functions. If everyone sees how much of a fraud it is, please write better business bureau so we can put a stop to their bad business practice! How are we able to, as customers, get an appointment booked when we’re constantly held back due to the lack of staff. We’re paying large amounts of money for a service that we can’t even get provided.

Not even a 1 star! Don't use this location or the Fayetteville location. You will never be able to get an appointment. This has been a problem for the last year and a half. I was there today, no appointments for a massage the rest of September or October. I was told I can call in a few weeks to TRY to get 1 and only 1appointment SCHEDULED for November. I travel for a living and I don't have a work schedule to know I'll be in town 3 months in advance. This is nothing new. This has been the history of the last year and a half. They have gladly taken my payment every month but not even a chance of getting in. This is stealing, fraud whatever you want to call it. If you cancel your membership you loose all money/sessions you paid for. Sessions you don't even have a chance at using. If you don't have the work force stop taking my money til you can't honor the sessions I've already paid for! Then you might not be stealing from me and others.

Heed the warning. I’ve been a member of this location for 10 years! They have been billing my credit card all this time and I now have over 28 PAID FOR massages that I CANNOT USE! I called for days and tried to book online but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I finally went in to figure out what was happening. They have ZERO AVAILABILITY for the next 2 months and will not book ahead beyond that. So my options are to continue to get charged $75 dollars a month and pray that some day there will be an opening or cancellation 3,4,or 6 months from now, OR….cancel the contract and lose all 28 PREPAID massages. This is FRAUD. They contractually agreed to a provide a service that they have no ability or intention to fulfill. I requested that I, at least, be able to pause the billing and until there was some possibility of EVER being able to schedule and was told that wasn’t a possibility. I asked for a call from the owner and never got one. Do NOT sign a contract with this location at Pleasant Grove.

I was gifted a massage and as usual I looked up the reviews, that said, I had no problem getting an appointment, and the front desk was very helpful. My session was explained very well and my therapist was amazing. This was only my second massage, and my therapist was very attentive to that.

I use to love and appreciate this location but from December to the present they have been very inconvenient. My facial was rescheduled last minute 3 different times and my massage that was booked 3 months in advance was cancelled with nothing available in another 2 months. I was really looking forward to it and really needed it so that completely changed my perspective on this location. I have started driving to the Fayetteville location 45 minutes away from me and so far have been able to get in for either service within a reasonable timeframe.

Do NOT sign a contract with this place (or any ME location). They do not have enough staff and you can not get in. Also, their front desk staff is rude. It's a ripoff! Find a private massage therapist.

Linda treated me like a friend at check in and my best friend at checkout! Karen was outstanding with my microderm infusion. She explained everything, was very thorough, and exceptionally kind. I had an outstanding experience.

The massage therapist informed me that she wears gloves during the sessions because she has a wart (braced myself on how awkward this would feel)… she entered the room nearly 10 minutes after my session was to begin and used what felt like a mixture of water & oil… she used a heating pad on my lower back instead of massaging it (hence why I’m there)… she applied an awkward amount of pressure solely on glutes- I informed her MULTIPLE times that it was very uncomfortable yet she proceeded to do it…. her personal phone rang multiple times… she stopped for various periods… she barely massaged my body… THEN she tells me I need to wear a mask when laying supine instead of her putting on a mask… I asked if she could revisit my back and actually massage it and she said “no”… she ended my session 11 minutes early… I paid for a 1 hour deep tissue massage to receive this awkward experience & poor service. Then when I went to check out, there was NO ONE there… so I left. Horrible experience & service!

FRAUD WARNING!! Do NOT give this company your credit card number!I enjoyed a membership for a year, but then canceled it as I no longer had a predictable enough schedule. 6 months later they started recharging me monthly membership fees out of nowhere. They confirmed my cancellation had occurred, but it still took multiple calls, hours on hold, and then months for them to refund the 3 random months of charges (that they admitted were their fault but couldn’t explain). Then suddenly 6 months later they did it AGAIN!! I’m on hold (15 minutes in) trying yet again to get this cleared up. At this point I expect to have to file a police report for fraud and cancel my credit card to get this to stop.

Let me start by saying, I enjoyed Massage Envy and have been a member since 2017.After traveling around, this location and the Fayetteville location are subpar. I can never book online but am told when I finally do get in that they have 'special' slots available. Seems they are blocking the booking. Nevertheless, like other reviewers, I would probably not sign up in hindsight. The massage therapists swap out so much and scheduling is not an option unless you know month(s) in advance when you want to come in and you end up losing A LOT of money on "credits" that you can't redeem bc of scheduling. No reason I should have to travel elsewhere to use my membership. Lastly, the front desk staff aren't as professional anymore :/ still trying to figure out how to end this contract.

After recovering from hurting my back last week, I saw Brad for a full-body massage. He was incredible!!! For being my first massage, he communicated with me the process and was respectful and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Ivan and Heather are both awesome massage therapists. I can't speak for the others, as I have only had them so far. The facility is always clean and inviting. I just wish it were easier to get an appointment.

I was so looking forward to a good soothing message. Well that was not the case at Message Envy in Rogers, AR. I was told to promptly show up early for a 9:45 am message so I could complete all required paper work. So I showed up at 9:30 am. I was greeted at front desk and then told to have a seat. No other interactions with employees until about 9:55 I was asked to follow therapist back into room. She asked what I was looking for and told her I had sustained a shoulder injury and had been advised by my chiropractor to request a certain message under my should blade. While trying to explain to the therapist visually what the chiropractor had suggested not once did she ever look up at me for confirmation that she understood what I was talking about! Her only response after that was ok just lay on bed and just to confirm you brought your mask right? I replied with what mask. She said anytime while laying face up I had to wear a mask. I explained to her that no one had ever relayed that message to me when I made appt or I would not have scheduled. She told me that’s ok you do not have to get the message but we are going to go ahead and charge your card anyway. I asked to speak with owner and simple told they were not around. So I just left and called credit card company to block payment. Moral to the story. If your really looking forward to a relaxing experience with professional message therapist avoid Message Envy in Rogers, AR. The unprofessional lack of caring display today was epic. It’s also ironic as I was leaving to explain situation to hostess another customer was at the counter complaining about customer service as well! AVOID AT ALL COST!
