Every other morning. Without fail. They "forget" to include something! This morning was my hashbrowns. Yesterday was no syrup - I ordered extra!! It's my fault for not checking the bag. But even when I do and discover something missing. At this point, they've already left the window, and I'm forced to wait or start honking. Seems like everyone there in the mornings is on autopilot. Just walking around dazed. Guess the Biscuits aren't the only thing getting baked in the A.M. there.

Taking tax payer subsidies then turning around and charging for condiments is the last straw for me. McDonald's can burn. I'm not pay gourmet prices for the lowest quality food available.

We ordered food for a local non-profit children's shelter and wondered if we could get a discount and the owner refused even though the order was almost $500 . Will never go to McDonald's again.

They have really picked up on their drive thru time and you can't beat a sausage and Biscuit for $1.19. Can't get a candy bar for that.

Ordered on the mobile app and received a completely different meal. Then I was charged for the original order and the meal I didn’t ordered. I never authorized the second purchase. The girl in the window charged my card that was saved on the app. The staff wasn’t very helpful when I called. Never again will I order from this location.

No one ever acknowledges you with a thank or have a nice day in the drive thru. They just pretty much hurry up and hand you your items. Some are just rude in general and this was not the first time. Will not go back to this location.

Wish I knew his name but the guy who cleans the lobby is very nice and good what he does. He does a great job at greeting everyone and keeping the place clean!!!

You better check your order for accuracy. 2 outta 2 for our order missing items. They want you to drive back to get one sandwich, cant reimburse on the app.
