Staff is very friendly, very personal, and very helpful. After going to Best Buy, and standing around for 10 minutes waiting to get help we called and figured out that the prices were the same. (Now assuming the manufacturer sets the price) we were more then happy to support a small business. Definitely would recommend anyone to them.

My iPhone screen digitizer failed. I expected to choose to live without a phone for days waiting for a repair (ugh) or buy a new phone. They quoted a nominal price for a new screen and had it back to me that afternoon. Can't thank them enough.

I went over to megabytes and Rogers me and my brother my brother had a phone issue with a passcode. He needed his phone reset they did it perfect with no charge and then we began to tell him his screen protector was messed up and Mr. Cory was there to save the day he hooked us up with a free screen protector, all time, best team in the world

If you need an apple device repaired, send it directly to apple. Megabyte provided incorrect cost information and did nothing to assist.

Had my screen repaired on a 2017 MBPro a couple years ago and was happy with the outcome. The screen is still working fine. The service employees were easy to work with. It wasn't the fastest repair but my Mac was a little older and the parts were not as quick to arrive.

They were awesome and helped me get my iPhone battery and screen replaced. Great customer service, and they were happy to answer my questions. I’ll be back if I need any future repairs. I was able to make an appointment the day before.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Store is under new management, Rand. He was condescending from the get-go for two separate phone conversations. Rudest customer service I’ve ever received. After eluding that I was stupid and then actually saying I obviously didn’t know what I was talking about, he raised his voice over the phone. I then asked to speak with the manager. He laughed out loud and stated he was the manager. Loyal customer for years and 4 laptops have been purchased through them with no issues until this guy. Provided serial number, purchaser name and phone number for the purchases, and HE couldn’t figure out what he was doing so he took his assumptions and frustration out on the customer.

The guys here are great. I've been taking my Apple products here for at least 16 years. Just recently they saved my MacBook Air, when BB refused to do anything for the internally caused screen damage.

Calling to get pricing over the phone and was told a diagnostic would be less than $100 on the same spot with the diagnostic being waived if I had decided to get service done with them.Came to the store and was told the opposite. The diagnostic would be around $100 or more and not waived if I wanted service done with them and still wanted me to pay upfront.Know what services are being sold
