Service was friendly and helpful. We found what we wanted and even though they didn't have the right size they were able to order it for us and it came in on time for the event that we needed it for. Would 10/10 shop here again!

I recently visited Mens warehouse with my teen nephew, hoping to explore their selection of jackets and pants. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired due to the lack of customer acknowledgment and clarity regarding staff identification.Upon entering the store, we waited for several minutes without any greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. No one approached us to offer assistance or even indicate that they would be with us shortly. This lack of initial engagement created a feeling of being overlooked or disregarded as customers.As we browsed through the racks and tried on some items, the absence of staff presence continued to be noticeable. We were uncertain who worked there as employees were not wearing badges or attire that clearly identified them. This made it challenging to seek assistance when needed.Additionally, the overall atmosphere conveyed a sense of disorganization. The staff's casual attire did not align with typical professional standards one might expect in a retail setting, further contributing to the confusion.Regrettably, I found myself in the uncomfortable position of having to explain to my nephew that we should consider shopping elsewhere due to the lack of customer service and professionalism demonstrated during our visit.In conclusion, my experience at Mens warehouse was disappointing primarily due to the absence of acknowledgment upon arrival, the unclear identification of employees, and the overall disorganized atmosphere. I took my two sons here last minute to be fitted for prom. This was our first experience with needing formal wear and Alex walked us through step by step explaining everything and made sure we had what we needed and that it fit right. Alex, thank you so much for making my boys special night a possibility. I am beyond grateful!

Not a great experience. Walked in the store and no one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. Yet every time another customer walked in, the staff was all over them. Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes.

Came in to get fitted for a tux for a wedding on a Friday around lunchtime. Was told they could not help me and that I needed to go online and make a reservation in order to be helped while multiple people were there being helped for the exact same thing, all of which were walk-ins like myself. This was the window in which I had time to knock this out but that obviously didn’t work out. If you must use Men’s Warehouse, go to another one. But if you have another option, use that.

Couldn't get help from staff for my son's Tux. Staff didn't seem to give us any advice and just stayed out of helping. Overpriced for a rental. 300 is ridiculous for this Tux rental. Last time we'll do this.

We go here for our celebratory suits for sales reps and Carol is so accommodating as a manager. Also Sean/Shawn is a great "suit guy" there!Not to mention the clearance section is straight fire ?If you catch this guy's eyes with your clearance you are doing something right ?

To me and my son, Carol was fantastic! She knows what she is doing and we were super impressed with her knowledge and her attention was not short with us and the store was busy! She multi-tasked, was accurate and kind!

I picked up a tux for my husband after his measurements were obtained at this location. He tries them on and the tux pants are HIGH-WATERS! It’s as if the pants were ordered in preparation of a flood. They are above his ankles and the jacket sleeves are pass his hands & the length is near his knees! Oh my goodness! Absolutely terrible! Well, it’s wedding day and he’s stuck with a complete mess. I plan to follow-up for a complete refund.

I would recommend this place as a last option or not even an option. I rented a suit for my self and groomsmen. My father bought a suit.Here are the pros and consPROS:- I was able to get some personal items from the rented suit after returning it.CONS:- measurements are not accurate.- promises were made and were not fulfilled.- lack of professionalism and customer service.- rented suit and retail suits are pricey. Better off buying a suit else where, unless you want a brand suit.- rented suits are received a couple of days before your event. For example: Ordered rented suit 8/19/23. Suit arrived 10/10/23 and wedding event was 10/14/23.- return date is the day after the event.- If there is a problem with a rented suit, you are on your own to get alterations.Overall the experience was not great. The only thing that I was glad about was being able to get personal items that were left behind in the rented suit. But I got lucky, because the rented suit was not shipped yet. I hope this helps.

Customer service could be improved.As someone who works in the wedding industry, it’s sad to say I would not suggest any groom or groomsmen to rely their trust in this store if you want to have a good experience and leave out the stress when planning a wedding. And oh, you don’t want the surprises when receiving the order, especially when they can’t fix it in time of the big day.

I was going to leave detailed and lengthy review, but I decided to put as much effort into it as they put into renting tuxes. The attached picture is what we received after MEASURING my son; pants that were ridiculously short, 5-6 inches too small around the waist, a white shirt so big that I, his father, could fit into, shoes that were too small, and the jacket speaks for itself. It took 4 hours to measure the both of us the first time, 2.5 hours to try this on, only to have to be re-measured. THIS was $250.
