Terrible. They push people away that REALLY NEED HEALTHCARE. It's so sad that a hospital is that bad. I know of multiple people that have passed away bc this hospital kept pushing the patients away saying "nothing is wrong with you" when they had cancer!!

After sitting up with my family member all night all I wanted was a nice hot cup of coffee and a meal. But your closed, I know times are hard but take care of the family's as well as you do the patients. Beautiful hospital but as Cathrien Mccalluy would have done. Sat you down with a nice cup of hot tea.

Mercy is for profit not for the patient. Horrible experience with my mom. Shipped her to Springfield Mercy instead of seeing if a NON MERCY SURGEON would that's the case. Go to Washington Regional instead of this money grubbing place.
