I recently had knee surgery and am physically restricted. I wanted to pamper myself a bit and thought getting some facial and makeup advice would be one way to do some self-care. I had bad experiences at Sephora, Ulta, and Dillard's. Joannie at Merle Norman redeemed the beauty industry. She was so knowledgeable and accomodating. She was very helpful and patient as she customized my experience. I walked out of the store with some wonderful products. She created a record of what I tried and liked. This level of service is precious in this day of retail commoditization. Thank you Joannie and Merle Norman for a wonderful experience!

I began purchasing their products 8 years ago following a makeover. I love that the foundation I use does not feel like I'm wearing any and after a busy day no touch ups are needed.The customer service at both this location and Fayetteville have some of the most warm, caring, down to earth, knowledgeable people that go above in the makeup studio industry. Even if your unsure, schedule a makeover and i promise that you wont be disappointed.
